The house was amazing. Right on the beach with views from the living room and from the master bedroom on the lower floor. We even got to see dolphins one morning. A third balcony also had a fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows and enjoy the evening sunset & waves. Private entrance to beach down bellow. The host was super attentive, responded to all questions and needs in timely manner. We will definitely be visiting again.

I can absolutely see why this property and host have earned such an incredible reputation. It’s been a week since our stay, and I’m still telling people about this amazing hidden gem. The views and soothing sounds of the ocean were unforgettable—so peaceful and relaxing. We were only there for a few days, but it felt like a full week because of how calming and restorative the experience was.The food in the small town was also surprisingly incredible. This is the perfect low-key destination for anyone looking for a peaceful escape away from the crowds.Irina is truly a best-in-class host—super responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. She even connected us with a local mobile masseuse for my wife’s birthday at the last minute, which made the trip feel even more special and memorable.I have already recommended this place to others and will absolutely continue to do so. A experience!

Host was great. No wifi connection. House was dirty and rooms smelled terrible. Showers are rusted and filthy. The view was amazing but the living conditions in this house was just bad. I traveled there with kids so you can imagine the hardship. A disappointing weekend

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your weekend felt short of what we would have wanted for you and your family. We take a lot of pride in this home, it’s a place where our own family spends real time together,, including grandparents and young children, so cleanliness in comfort is a huge priority for us. Our housekeeper, who have worked closely with for years cleans thoroughly before every single guest arrives. She is meticulous and we have never received feedback like this before. On the Wi-Fi it was so unfortunate that there was an issue with the service provider outside of our control we rely on strong, consistent Wi-Fi specially because so many of our guests come to work remotely, and in many years we have been hosting, this has never been an issue before. We were frustrated on your behalf and apologise. The house does sit right by the beach, and like any coastal home, we work hard to stay on top of the particular character that sold air and see proximity can bring overtime. We air it out regularly and fresh things throughout the season. It is also an older, well loved home and we care for accordingly. We are sorry this wasn’t the weekend you hoped for, especially with little ones with you Thank you Irina

The beach access and view were amazing. House is cozy and plenty of room for everyone. Fridge was great and had all we needed to have a relaxing weekend. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

Beautiful home

Beautiful beachfront property. Gorgeous view from both patios with a couple flights of stairs to the beach. We walked the beach a few miles in both directions around the property and this property had one of the best locations

Great place to stay and relax, it was really clean, the linens were fresh and we were all able to sleep comfortably, loved waking up and being able to sit outside and feel the breeze and just be within walking distance to the beach. The place was super safe as this was the first time staying in Mexico, it is a gated community so it’s a plus! Met the host as well and she was nice and personable, no complaints at all!

This is a lovely house, and our favorite in San Antonio Del Mar. We have stayed in multiple houses and this one is one of the best. Irina is a fabulous host, responsive and very reasonable. We love San Antonio Del Mar for a quick getaway from San Diego, and love this house.You won't be disappointed, great views of the ocean, direct access to the beach and very nice finishes. Can't wait to go back!!

Love San Antonio del Mar

A great place on the ocean for walks, breezes and beauty. The multiple porches are amazing and it's walking distance to Mata Ashta which is an amazing restaurant with entertainment.

Great stay and amazing communication with the home owner. Some light switches weren’t working and some would turn on by themselves was my only concern. House was amazing and the community was great as well. Security was top notch. Will definitely stay here again!!!
