Our perfect location, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, makes Our Beach Breeze the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a girl’s get-together, a family vacation, or a winter escape!

Our Beach Breeze is located on idyllic 30a! We are right next door to Rosemary Beach, just a short walk down the sidewalk to Alys Beach, or Inlet Beach, and a bike-ride away from Seaside, Watercolor, or Watersound!

As our guest, you'll enjoy our community's deeded beach access as well as our beautiful Village Pool complex which includes a splash pool, fountain, and whirlpool!

Our Beach Breeze is a freshly-furnished and welcoming designer studio located in The Village, a low-rise condominium community with cobblestone lanes and European charm. A second floor studio with full-length windows that over look the Village Green and catch the beach breeze; it's bright and breezy!

It sports an invitingly comfortable king bed to sink into at the end of a perfect beach day. The efficient kitchenette provides all you need, because our surrounding area is filled with delicious eateries that await your discovery. Add in a bath with shower/tub combo, a beautiful white leather sofa that becomes a sleeper to serve as an extra bed, a 40' samsung tv with accompanying DVD / blu-ray player, a new, ultra-quiet air conditioner / heater unit, an elevator and rolling luggage rack to transport you and your things, immediate key-less entry, as well as easy access WiFi, and you have the perfect recipe for a relaxing retreat in the middle of paradise!

Enjoy Our Beach Breeze's state-of-the-art, stress-free, 'no-check-in' procedure which allows your vacation to begin without delay -- no need to meet-up with someone or pick-up a key.

At Our Beach Breeze you'll find yourself surrounded by places to experience and things to do in an upscale, yet unpretentious environment where you can park the car and walk to an outdoor cafe breakfast, an art gallery and bookstore, a lunch of tapas and fondue, a wine tasting, and live music with fine dining under the stars.

Although discovering the beauty and treasures of The Village, Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach communities can keep you busy for days, when you’re ready to venture out a little further, just rent a bike downstairs in our village and head down the trails and sidewalks of scenic 30a to Watersound, Watercolor, or Seaside!

Prefer to hop in the car? (convenient free parking on premises) within 15-30 minutes you'll enjoy shopping, a movie, a night on the town, or even fireworks at Pier Park to our east, or designer and antiques shops, numerous restaurants, outlets, and lively marina district in Sandestin and Destin to our west!

When the beach beacons... It doesn't get any more beautiful than the white, shimmering sand and crystal blue ocean that you'll find right here within our community!

Here on the eastern end of scenic 30a, we've happily traded the billboards and people-filled high rises for quaint enclaves, beach trails, and convenient deeded access to our inviting, tranquil, uncrowded seashores.

Though the waves are friendly, you’ll find another great choice besides the ocean when you're ready for a swim! Our private Village Pool Complex is just an elevator ride away. It features a fun, shallow, splash pool as well as a second deep pool, plus a lovely fountain and whirlpool.

So it's your choice -- Take a short stroll or hop aboard our cute, complimentary beach trolley for a date with the sand and sea or simply relax and enjoy some easy-breezy time at our private, Village pool!

We always feel blessed to have such a beautiful and convenient location where the sophisticated, yet quaint atmosphere encourages walking and riding bikes and expands the experience from simply a beach vacation to an embraceable lifestyle!

It's an easy 20 minute drive or shuttle from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport - ECP. (we're served by 3 airports: ECP @ 20 minutes, VPS @ 1 hour, or PNS @ 2 hours away.) This means getting to Our Beach Breeze is simple -- whether you choose to drive or prefer to leave the car behind!

Great Place, Great Location

This studio was very near all the action of Seacrest Beach village and Rosemary Beach. Beach access was easy and food options were plentiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location/Prefect for Couples

The property had the best location, restuarants, shops, small grocery, etc. were right below us. Pool was also right below us. The beach is a VERY small walk. Communication was great! Wish we were still there!

Great location, perfect for our weekend stay

Stephanie was an excellent host! Communication was great, the unit was well appointed and even included a wonderful surprise. Easy walk to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We enjoyed the pool for an evening swim and loved the live music at the area in the center of the complex.

Perfect Location!

This location cannot be beat. Just a short walk to the beach. Several shops and amenities downstairs in the Villages and only a two-minute walk to Rosemary Beach, as well. Stephanie was such a gracious host and so easy to work with. Exceptional hospitality! We can't wait to come back!

The property was very clean, with a well equipped kitchenette. The owner was very reaponsive, gave detailed instructions and even had a welcome basket awaiting us!! The location was perfect, steps to restaurants, a cute coffee shop, the beach and pool. Although right in the middle of everything, it was very quiet at night. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Property met our needs

Ours was not the typical beach vacation stay. We were there to watch the final construction stage of our beach home. There were a few things the Condo was lacking and I contacted the owner and she was very happy to meet our needs. We did enjoy the pool on property a few times as well. The restaurants and shops on property were very convenient for us as we were coming and going. The interior of the condo needs some updating but It was clean and the mini kitchen was nice to have.

I thought the space and location were great. Enjoyed the pool and being just a walk from the beach. 30 A is just a beautiful area which gives the feel of going to Europe. I could just walk around looking at the architecture. Stephanie's Condo was actually bigger than I expected. We were able to open the windows and see 4th of July fireworks from bed. The check in process is a little to strict I think. We give our information to VRBO for a reason. I don't think that having to send a separate email with your Drivers License is necessary. Also you have to give your email specifically in the email that was sent to you. Obviously they have your email. This may be a VRBO thing. I usually book from Airbnb. Other than that I would have given 5 stars. Tips for future travelers: Parking is hard to get in the back. Bikers do not follow traffic laws. They should get a bike lane because the bikers do not look were they are going and will run into you. At night it is hard to see them and they should have lights. The room: I found the temperature comfortable. However if you run cold you should bring a extra blanket or ask for one ahead of time. Same for pillows. There was enough for the bed. If you are going to sleep on the fold out you will want to bring your own pillows or ask. You may also want to plan on bringing extra trash bags and dish soap as no extra was provided and there was not any dish soap. We were only there 2 days and didn't really need it. If there were more than 2 of us we would have. I think 4 people would be comfortable here.

Our Beach Breeze

My 2 daughters and I had an excellent experience. Stephanie is a kind and gracious host who checked on us via phone/text and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The studio is spotless and stocked with the basics . Location was perfect ! Easy walk to beach or teams available if needed . Nice pool located right downstairs . Proximity to all the great food and shops plus neighboring beaches was all so close , walkable or a short drive if you venture out . We’re looking forward to returning already !

Delightful, perfectly located property!

OBB was as delightful as all the reviews we read. This well appointed one room condo is conveniently located above a cute pizza parlor with a view to a donut shop from the window. There's a pleasant buzz of families all around. The beach, pool and fabulous restaurants were never more than a ten minute walk away and the walks are delightful. Rosemary Beach is a very special place. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Stephanie has done a beautiful job of decorating her condo. It felt very comfortable. We enjoyed the location too. Several restaurants are within walking distance. I rented a bike for two days and road to Watercolor. Stephanie was very helpful when we called and asked if we could extend our stay for 2 nights. Overall it was a fun and relaxing trip. We will be back!

Perfect Vacation

Calming colors of the sea and sky provided a relaxing stay for us in this vacation home. We usually stay in Seaside but enjoyed this area and our stay at Our Beach Breeze even more! This location is filled with things to do and see. The beach is lovely and getting there is easy. Thank you, Stephanie. It was a wonderful vacation and we are looking forward to visiting again in late fall.

Can't wait to go back!

We had a great vacation at "Our Beach Breeze". The owner, Stephanie, has provided a beautiful and welcoming space and was a pleasure to deal with. The location is so convenient we just parked the car and walked everywhere we went. We loved her decorating style and found it both relaxing and refreshing. Can't wait to go back again.
