A Perfect Beach Getaway – Highly Recommend Mare e Sole!

We had a wonderful stay at Mare e Sole in Rosemary Beach! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Located in a quiet gated community south of 30A, the home is just steps from the stunning white sand beaches—truly one of the highlights of the trip. It was so convenient to walk back and forth throughout the day, whether for a quick swim or to catch the sunset. We also loved how close we were to the heart of Rosemary Beach. Shops, restaurants, and coffee spots were all within easy walking distance, yet the neighborhood felt private and peaceful. Everything about this home (from the location to the thoughtful amenities) made for a fantastic stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape on 30A!

Location was ideal. Only gave a four star on cleanliness due to multiple stains on couch and dirty bed skirts that appear to not have been changed for quite some time. Outside furniture on deck was also covered in stains/appear to have never been cleaned. Overall enjoyed our stay, but would have felt better relaxing on furniture that didn’t appear and feel dirty.

We had a fantastic stay at this property with our 3-month-old and 20-month-old—it was perfect for our family of four! The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach, and we used the pool every single day, which was exactly as described. Everything in the listing matched up perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable.One of our favorite moments was sitting out on the upstairs deck while it rained—it felt so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies, making it easy for us to prepare meals at home, which we really appreciated with two little ones.We did run into a minor issue with the combo door lock sticking, but their emergency line had someone out to fix it very quickly while we enjoyed our time at the beach. The communication and responsiveness were excellent—they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy.Overall, this was money very well spent. We would absolutely recommend this home to other families looking for a relaxing and convenient stay near 30A!

Everything was great about the house, the property and the area. But, we were just really disappointed to find out, the "private beach" was shared among other properties outside of this gated community. And not only that but about 80% of the beach was occupied by HUNDREDS of rental umbrellas and chairs. And this made the beach packed. Everyone was literally within a few feet of someone else on the beach. As the neighboring properties had no one on their "private beaches" as crossing the line was strictly enforced. Had i known i could have posted a picture i would have taken one as it was nearly (but not really) comical. I would have loved to gave it 4 or 5 stars but we go for the beach and this wasn't much enjoyable, so i have to be honest and hopefully save someone else from this surprise.

We had a nice stay at Mare Sole. However, staying in this gated community did not have the privacy as expected as so many beach goers were shuttled in from other properties and over-crowded the beach area. Not sure if we would come back for that reason.

Great, but....

The property was great and Denise our property manager was helpful. I was GREATLY disappointed that my daughters bathroom bag was left behind and the cleaning crew did not turn it in. The big loss was a 500 mouth retainer. I can't believe someone was not held accountable.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay in a Clean Home with Fantastic Amenities

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful beach home! Located just steps from the beach and within walking distance to a variety of fantastic restaurants, the convenience couldn't be better. The house itself is immaculately maintained and incredibly clean, with all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The cozy amenities made our stay relaxing and enjoyable for everyone in our family. One of the highlights was the inclusion of bicycles with the rental, allowing us to explore the area easily. The community pool was a great spot to cool off and unwind after a day at the beach. Overall, we had an unforgettable vacation and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spotless and perfect beach getaway. We can't wait to return!

Great company, great owners

Michelle and her Paradise Properties Team addressed every issue, request and questions we had, in a timely manner. Checking in to make sure our arrival was smooth. If you are really lucky you may get Denise Binns as your contact person. She is a valued employee, a caring and considerate person, whom we found so enjoyable to work with. The owner has a fabulous kitchen to work in and for our 3 month stay we were able to cook like we were at home. The location of this sweet rental allows walking to both, Rosemary and Alys Beach. We’ve never been spoiled in a rental,with a gas fireplace, to take the chill off, on those few January nights. Proximity to the beach was minutes away. Many thanks to all who made our stay memorable . Lovers of 30A

Fall Break

Mother/Daughter Vacation

This is our 2nd year staying at Mare e Sole. It is the perfect place and very convenient to our favorite restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. We took bike rides every morning with the two bikes that were supplied with the unit. Very quiet gated community. Kitchen had all the supplies you would need. Perfect for a getaway. Already looking forward to next year.

Very quiet location!

Very clean and well stocked with linens. Access to beach and pool is very convenient. Appliances were in good working order. We thought the furniture to be wanting. One couch only in the living room, but these places are small and I'm not sure even four people would find enough comfortable space on the first floor. Overall, it was a good value in a beautiful location!

Everything we wanted and more!

This was our first time to the area and we were so excited with what we found. The house was the perfect size for our family. It was comfortable, bright and airy. Wonderful Vacation

We loved this little carriage house. It was perfect for our mother/daughter vacation getaway. We walked to restaurants each evening and entertainment. Close walking distance to the pool which overlooks the beautiful gulf and the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bikes came with the rental so were able to bike along 30A. This house was within a gated community with 24 hour security. Very quiet!!! Property Managers were wonderful! We will definately book again!! We're already ready to go back!

Great location & has everything you need!

Super close to the beach, loved being able to run up to the house for a quick lunch break. Also centrally located to Alys restaurants and Barrett Square. Zero complaints! Paradise Properties was very responsive to all of our needs!
