Can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay in Perpignan. Quiet, clean and the hosts thought of everything. Grateful for the coffee, milk, butter left for us to use. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. Close to bus routes but close enough to downtown if you prefer walking.

Perfect place!

This comfortable, modern, and well appointed apartment comes complete with a beautiful garden to relax in. The hosts were friendly and provided the information we needed to get around the city. They made it very easy for us! The local treats were an added surprise and very delicious! We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Our wonderful stay in Perpignan

The apartment was very spacious and modern. The owners, Antoine and Rene went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Coffee, tea, water, jam, fruits, etc. were provided. The bathroom came with a supply of toiletries. Folders with all kinds of information were especially prepared for us in English. We used that information to make various trips around Perpignan. These trips included visiting "Site de Orgues"(sandy rock columns), a hilltown, several picturesque villages, beaches, etc. The old center of Perpignan was very interesting and could be reached by an easy twenty-minute walk. It had many little squares for sitting out in the sun while having something to drink. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other visitors.

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub Anfang September sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung am Stadtrand von Perpignan. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet, der Garten ist eine grüne Oase. Die Vermieter haben tolle Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und sind gut erreichbar und ansprechbar. Klimaanlage, Ventilatoren und Rolläden sorgten für eine angenehme Temperatur in der Wohnung. Perpignan ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung: in maximal einer Autostunde sind zahlreiche abwechslungsreiche Ziele erreichbar. Museen, Natur, Meer, Eindrücke zur katalanischen Geschichte. Wunderbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement très agréable et convivial : la cuisine est très bien équipée, le séjour est spacieux et la déco est soignée. La localisation est parfaite, les plages étant toutes proches et un grand nombre de sites à visiter à seulement 30 mn en voiture. La propreté de l'appartement est irréprochable.La canicule ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de trop profiter du jardin "botanique" de nos hôtes.Antoine et René, un grand merci pour votre discrétion, votre gentillesse et vos mille et un conseils. Séjour à Perpignan

Nous avons choisi ce gite par rapport à son emplacement et aux équipements proposés. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires, qui nous ont proposé des idées de visites de la région. Ce gîte était très propre, calme, bien équipé, avec un petit jardin agréable sans vis à vis. Stationnement facile dans les rues adjacentes. Proche de commerces en tous genre et à 2,5 kilomètres du centre historique. Par ces fortes chaleurs, la climatisation était très appréciée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Perpignan grâce aux propriétaires qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous. L appartement est nickel et décoré avec goût. Tout y est pour . assurer notre confort (lits, climatisation., calme, jardin incroyable,..). Tous les renseignements sont regroupés et mis à jour dans une farde (cmmerces, visites). Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend und modern ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben. Der große Garten (alleinige Nutzung durch die Gäste) bietet Erholung pur. Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Nach 20 Urlauben in Frankreich ist das die beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten und absolut empfehlenswert.

Sommerurlaub in Perpignan

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt. Sie war zwar nicht am Strand gelegen, dafür aber in einem ruhigen schönen Stadtteil. Der Strand ist mit Auto oder Bus sehr gut erreichbar gewesen in weniger als 15 Minuten. Von dem Apartment aus war man auch schnell in der Stadt und konnte sehr gut die Altstadt genießen. Die Vermieter hatten alles sehr gut vorbereitet. Nicht nur die Übergabe, sondern auch verschiedene Freizeit- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten wie wandern, skifahren, Sehenswürdigkeiten ansehen und vieles mehr. Im Apartment gab es aus zahlreiche Bücher, Internet und Fernsehen (inkl. Netflix). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment in jedem Fall wieder buchen.

Sehr nette Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Grill und einen schönen Garten, den man nutzen kann. Außerdem waren die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und haben viel Infomaterial bereitgestellt. Mit dem Bus kann man innerhalb von 45 Minuten einen sehr schönen Sandstrand erreichen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Antoine et René, des hôtes très discrets et plein de petites attentions. Ils sont très accueillants et attentifs. L’appartement est très bien situé et calme avec une décoration très soignée. Le logement est spacieux et équipé de la climatisation. Nous avons aussi profité d’un très joli jardin spacieux et ombragé où on a pu passer d’agréables moments. Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de notre séjour à Perpignan. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt bei Antoine und René, sehr freundliche und diskrete Gastgeber voller kleiner Aufmerksamkeiten. Sie sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und ruhig mit einer gepflegten Dekoration. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wir nutzten auch einen sehr schönen, geräumigen und schattigen Garten, in dem wir schöne und angenehme Momente verbringen konnten. Wir werden unseren Aufenthalt in Perpignan in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten.

Mit die modernste, sauberste Wohnung, in der wir je waren

Die Wohnung - vor allem die Küche - war unglaublich. Die Bilder haben schon viel versprochen, aber es war live noch besser. Wir haben zu dritt (Paar, 3-jähriger Sohn) in der Ferienwohnung gewohnt und können nur sagen: alles war phänomenal! Neben der Sauberkeit haben die beiden Vermieter jeden Raum liebevoll eingerichtet. Überall kleine Details, zum Frühstücken war auch schon alles vorbereitet. Selten so freundliche Menschen kennengelernt. Antoine und Rene waren extrem hilfsbereit und nett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank

Immaculate well kept apartment .

Immaculate well kept apartment in quite suburb. Approx 20 mins brisk walk from city centre. Owners were very helpful . Everything you need for a nice stay including dishwasher and oven with hob etc. One minor niggle was the somewhat erratic shower that was a struggle to keep at an even temperature .

Modern, sauber, überdurchschnittlich gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit

helle Wohnung, moderne Küche und bequeme Betten. Gastgeber wohnt im Haus. Haus etwa 30min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. es gibt mehrere Buslinien in die Stadt (max10min)/ an den Strand (30min). Antoine und René waren die freundlichsten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie haben uns mit dem Auto vom Flughafen abgeholt, jegliche Info über Ausflüge rund um Perpignan etc sind verfügbar gewesen, sie sind bei Problemen sofort erreichbar. Unser Rückflug wurde gecancelt, die Bahn hat gestreikt... die beiden haben uns bei allem geholfen! Vielen Dank. wir würden sofort wieder zu euch kommen!

Great hosts, spotless and spacious.

Lovely apartment within walking distance of city centre, parks and local shops. Owners supplied all the essentials such as milk butter, tea, coffee, salt and pepper etc. This was a lovely touch as we have stayed in apartments before with nothing, not even toilet roll!! We would recommend this place. Lots of sights within half an hours drive too.

Terrific appartment in good area

We stayed the previous week overlooking the beach at Canet Plage so this was a very different experience. The apartment is spotless and modern with virtually every amenity and the use of a pleasant garden with a barbecue. Attention to detail is everywhere, plenty of bedding and towels and crockery. The only thing that would have improved it for us would have been a washing machine instead of dishwasher, but that is a very minor issue. Perpignan is interesting, but for us the real treasure was the 1Euro bus and train services. We used them extensively to the coast and mountains. The centre of town is easily reached by local bus and shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Antoine end Rene are very unobtrusive but always there to help when needed, Antoine speaks English and was able to answer any queries we had. Bo and Phil

L'appartement était un véritable coup de maître! Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueilli. Tout était exactement comme décrit, très propre et joliement décoré avec une cuisine étant parfaitement équipée. La possibilité d'utiliser le jardin nous a fait du bien. Le centre-ville est à distance de marche ainsi que des divers magasins et supermarchés. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli de manière très aimable et symapthique et nous ont mise à disposition beaucoup de brochures et informations intéressants sur la région dont on a profité.

VRAIMENT PARFAIT !

L'appartement est très lumineux et très propre. Antoine et René font tout pour rendre votre arrivée et votre séjour agréable. Merci pour le café et les boissons ainsi que pour les informations (très détaillées) fournies. La maison est dans un quartier calme et grâce à la grève des bus ;), nous avons pu tester par nous-mêmes qu'il était aisé de rejoindre le centre ville à pied. Il est facile de se garer devant chez eux et ils avaient même gardé la place pour nous en prévision de notre arrivée. Le jardin est agréable et les très nombreux arbres ainsi que la table sous la tonnelle vous offrent l'ombre que vous recherchez par forte chaleur. Nous recommandons donc très chaleureusement cette adresse.

Good location and owners!

Great appartment in a nice residential area with everything you need including wifi and cable tv (kept two teenagers happy) so you can see some programmes in English. Bright, clean and nicely decorated in a modern style with lots of their things around. Also, use of their bbq and lovely garden to eat or just chill in. Quick and easy to get into town and to beach. Owners really thoughtful with information on town and area with touches such as having breakfast items in, fresh milk, apples and even some local cakes for us to try. Will definitely stay with them when I go to Perpignan again.
