This nice basic holiday villa, has one of the largest pools (18 metres) within the Aroeira Sea & Golf Resort.

Aroeira Sea & Golf Resort is the largest golf resort in the Lisbon region, with 350 hectares, thousands of pine trees and 13 lakes,

Aroeira has 2 championship golf courses with full 18 holes, a golf school, a cozy club house with restaurant, snack bar, bar and golf shop, tennis and paddle courts, playground.

The resort is fully enclosed with concierge and even though in a very relaxed peaceful area, it has permanent 24 hour security.

These features make Aroeira the place of choice for family and friends holidays where the practice of golf, beach, scuba diving, private pool, tennis and paddle, trekking, biking, leisure and contact with nature does not prevent, by proximity, the enjoyment of a beautiful Capital full of day and night life.

We had a fantastic stay in this house. The pool was fantastic and our kids loved it. They preferred the pool for the beautiful beach which was just few minutes away from the property. Our host was fantastic, very helpfull in any way possible.

Lovely villa

Beautiful villa, very peaceful, Luis was happy to help with any issues at hand and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently! Loved the gated pool having such young children it’s always a worry but the gate really helped put up at ease. Luis was so helpful he even collected items that I had left in the property and made sure they were returned! Would definitely go back and book again. Thank you

Great experience which we're looking forward to repeat!

Big thanks to Luis who was extremely supportive from the first contact we had ahead of formalizing the booking to the check out process. Property was exactly like it was advertised with a super nice pool very conveniently fenced for us who traveled with little kids not yet being expert swimmers. House was clean and well equipped. Garden with kids playground and a grassed area was fantastic. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets. Beach is 5 mins away by car being fairly simple to park any time of the day. We're looking forward to visit again and would recommend the property

Lovely family villa

Very nice large family villa. Lots of room for 9 of us. Clean and well equipped. Host Luis was very quick to respond to any questions and dealt with minor issues promptly. Villa has no air con so it does get hot at night.Its worth noting that although the listing says beach is 600m away that is from the golf resort itself. The actual villa is 4.5k from the beach and around a 50 minute walk although Ubers are readily available and cost around 4 euro. The outside of the villa is what sets it aside with it's huge pool and lots of space to relax. I would definitely return

L’emplacement est idéal pour se détendre tout en étant à quelques minutes en voiture des plus belles plages de la région. Le stationnement y est facile et peu coûteux.Un grand merci à Luis, notre hôte, qui a été tout simplement charmant et parfait : toujours disponible, attentionné, très professionnel et d’une grande gentillesse. Il répond à toutes les questions avec le sourire et donne d’excellents conseils pour découvrir les meilleurs coins des alentours. Aroeira Resort - Villa rua das Urzes n°35

Nous avons passez un séjour très agréable dans cette villa spacieuse avec une très belle piscine, parfaite pour les enfants en bas âge. La villa est bien équipée dans l’ensemble mais ne pas s’attendre à du haut de gamme en terme de mobiliers et accessoires. L’essentiel est là et si besoin alors le manager Luis est très disponible, serviable et de bons conseils. Attention : la villa n’est pas à 600m de la plage comme notre interprétation de l’annonce mais plutôt à 4,5km donc besoin d’une voiture pour y aller avec des enfants en bas âge. Et à noter que la plage est magnifique !

Cher David, Merci pour votre commentaire. Comme indiqué sur l'annonce, le resort est à 600m de la plage, pas la villa. Le complexe est très grand (350 hectares) et la villa est au milieu du complexe. En voiture, c'est à environ 4 km, et si vous marchez, c'est à environ 2 km (environ 25 minutes de marche). Si vous avez des bébés ou de jeunes enfants et que vous n'avez pas de voiture, Uber est le meilleur choix et le moins cher pour aller à la plage. Aux prix actuels, le coût est d'environ 5 € (moins de 2 € pour un groupe de 4 personnes).
