Family holiday

We had a great time at this villa. We enjoyed having a good amount of space for group size (4 adults, 2 children) and enjoyed the garden and pool a lot. We also enjoyed accessibility to supermarkets, some nice restaurants and lovely beach. Car definitely recommended. Our host Luis was very responsive and helpful. A minor thing to mention, there was some construction work from 7.30am- 7pm weekdays at other villa nearby which was a bit disruptive as the villa is otherwise in a very tranquil setting.

Excellent location for all family. Provided all a 3 generation family needed. May be due a little updating, especially bathroom facilities. But a superb holiday

Peaceful and quiet

We fully enjoyed our family vacation here. The location was perfect. Very private and perfect for a group with small children. A rental car can be helpful, but is not necessary as public transport is readily available and inexpensive. Our host, Luis, was very helpful with all our needs.

Modern villa in the green

Beautiful location, near the beach, 35 mins drive to Lissabon. Very nice house, spacious. Some minor parts need repair work (doorknobs, lights, tubes), but this was not a real issue; Catarina who manages the house was very kind and will take care of it.

Séjour de 15 jours en famille formidable. Je recommande le lieu qui est exceptionnel. La maison a besoin de quelques petits travaux mais pour les vacances cela est satisfaisant. Le seul regret la piscine est à l’ombre une bonne partie de la journée. Un ++ à Luis qui est toujours disponible et qui recommande de bonnes adresses. Adresse à conserver.

Very nice and peaceful place

This house is very quiet and peaceful with all the comfort needed, large spaces, terrace and a nice garden. Our teenagers appreciated it and it was also pleasant for adults. Tennis and golf at walking distances and nice beaches (by car) very close. Our host (Luis) had been also very nice and very reactive. We do recommend this house for smooth family vacation.

Super séjour

La villa est très agréable, au calme et entourée d'un superbe jardin. Luis est au petit soin avec ses locataires. Dès que nous avons eu besoin de ses services, il a rapidement réagi. Je louerai ma prochaine villa via Luis.

Wohl-fühl-oase

Wir waren insgesamt 9 Personen, 4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder zwischen 12 und 17 Jahren. Das Haus liegt innerhalb eines großen privaten Golfclubareals am Ende einer kleinen Straße. Ohne Auto funktioniert es hier nicht. Das gesamte Gelände ist mit Pinien bewaldet und sehr ruhig. Von den Nachbarn oder dem Golfplatz bekommt man so gut wie gar nichts mit. Der Pool ist ca 1,2 bis 2 m tief und auch für 9 Personen ausreichend groß. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer, die zum teil klein sind aber insgesamt bietet das Haus sehr viel Platz und ist gut aufgeteilt, man merkt das hier ein guter Architekt am Werk war.. Wir haben uns ohnehin oft auf der großen Terrasse aufgehalten. Fast alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, wir haben Sie auch oft genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der nahen Umgebung vorhanden (5 Min Autofahrt), ein sehr großer Supermarkt (Continente) findet sich im Rio Sul Shoppingcenter Seixal, ca 18 Min Autofahrt. Der kleine Laden am Eingang zu der Anlage bietet zwar auch gute Produkte, ist aber überteuert. Wenn man will ist man in 30 Minuten in Lissabon. Lediglich die Strände an der Costa da Caparica sind nicht ganz so schön wie an anderen Stellen in der Lissaboner Umgebung aber man kann sich in dem Haus mit dem großen schönen Garten und dem Pool auch so sehr gut erholen. Wer einfach eine Woche lang mit der Familie oder guten Freunden abschalten möchte ist hier richtig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der extrem entspannte und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeber Luis, Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos.

Great family break.

We had two families staying for a week. Lots of space, great outdoor seating, garden and pool. We were able to cook and barbecue - super markets close by for shopping. Great beached and restaurants recommended by Luis. Luis was super helpful and responsive Great famiky break !

Holiday in Portugal

Had a brilliant time on holiday with my family at Luis's property. The villa was beautiful and very well equipped and Luis was very helpful throughout, in particular helping us check in very late due to a delayed flight. We would recommend renting a car to get to the local shops (20-30 min walk) and beach (45 min walk) but otherwise the villa is perfect for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Will definitely be looking to stay again!

Fantastic place to relax

Very quiet place, nice surrounding, charming interieur, well equipped kitchen, wonderful pool and garden. By car near to the beach and acceptable distance to Lisboa (about 40 minutes depending on the traffic). Excellent host!

Très belle maison et environnement.

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille et avec des amis. Le lieu (Golf D Aroeira) est magnifique avec de superbes maisons. Les Plages sont proches en voiture et magnifiques. La maison et le jardin sont beaux et au calme. La maison est fonctionnelle et lumineuse. Luis est chaleureux et disponible. Nous regrettons simplement quelques soucis de plomberie et d'électricité qui semblent assez courant au Portugal...

splendide villa

Très agréable villa de type californienne, entourée d'un très beau jardin et agrémenté d'une belle piscine à la fraîcheur vivifiante. Emplacement idéal, à proximité des superbes plages de Caparica. Très bonne communication avec Luis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Family Celebration

The property more than met our expectations with the property manager ensuring our every need was met at all times. This was a holiday to celebration family birthday milestones so all from ages 7 up to 80 enjoyed the experience. Our property manager Luis was so attentive and made us feel so welcome not to mention his attention to detail at all levels. We will definitely be returning.
