The location is as good as it gets: Casablanca Cottage is ½ block from Queen street, the grocery store and The Royal George Theatre.
The front porch has seating for 6 people to sip wine and toast the horse and buggy crowd as they pass. The private side garden is your outdoor dining room with a Moroccan tile table and a Weber gas BBQ.
Inside the house are three bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with two single beds. The beds will all be made for you when you arrive, with warm duvets in winter, lighter duvets in summer. Each bedroom is supplied with two thick bath towels; hand towels are in the washrooms. The house has three washrooms, two of which have showers.
The kitchen has everything you need to eat at home and is open to the dining and living rooms making for great entertaining. The gas fireplace is wonderful on a cool day and on a warm afternoon you can open all of the windows and let summer in! If it is too hot, the house has central AC.
There is a flat screen TV with a High Definition feed that has the best picture you can imagine. The phone will allow free calling to about 60 countries and the Wi-Fi is fast.

If you wish to stay longer than two nights, but less than 7 the rate quoted here will be too high. Please email me for an exact quote. During July and August 2017, I will be accepting full week rentals only. Check in on Sunday, check out on Sunday. After April of 2017 I will consider three night rentals for July and August. Minimum three night rentals in June and September.
50% of rental amount collected at booking. The second 50% plus the tax charged 30 days before check in.
Advise cancellation 60 days in advance I return all but 10% of your deposit.
Advise between 30 and 60 days of check in and I will return 50% of your deposit.

About the owner: My wife and I love Niagara on the Lake and we love to restore historic homes. We also like to see people enjoying their vacation. We have been able to accomplish all of the above by purchasing lovely old homes in the heart of old town. We treat them like our own second home and decorate them the way our own home is decorated.
