It is a historic home with renovations and updates to add all the luxury and comfort of a modern home. Exposed wooden beams throughout provide some of the architecture that gives the old-world charm.Walk up to the inviting front porch that has Adirondack chairs (or Muskoka chairs if you are Canadian), a great place to sit with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.The foyer spills into the living area with a big cozy 'L' shaped couch and a sitting chair, with a TV. A charming round dining table perfect for gathering, playing a good old fashioned board game. There is a two-piece bath on the main level for your convenience.Continuing to the rear of the home is a spacious, fully equipped open kitchen and dining room, with a larger dining table. Kitchen includes: -Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee and tea to get you started-Sugar packets, salt, and pepper-Microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, and dishwasher-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses) -Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths This is a wonderful place to watch that cook in your family or for everyone to help out. Patio doors lead out to the back yard with a deck that has seating for all your guests, gas BBQ/grill, and a garden area.A flight of carpeted stairs leads you to the 2nd level to all 3 bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have queen beds with luxurious bed linens. The front queen bedroom has a walk out to the large, covered balcony that has comfortable seating overlooking King Street.
