The last full day of renting this condo, we found a cockroach in the unit along with a lizard. We called the owner to let her know and told her we would be leaving 1 day early because of the pest problem and expected a 1 day reimbursement which she refused to do and told us that we must have left the door open which never happened. We have always treated rental units as we would our own home. This makes us learn of renting w th VRBO after years of having great VRBO rentals. To say the least, we are very disappointed with this unit and it's owner.

I explained it to all of our guests in the Instruction to Access Condo. Our condo is located in Florida, pests, such as lizards and cockroaches, are everywhere, The HOA does pest control sprays for the building every often, but not for inside of each unit, because chemical has potential risk to kids. To avoid pests go inside of the unit after HOA does pest control sprays, guests should keep doors close except go in and out of the unit to avoid pests go inside of the unit. This family let pests went inside of our unit and asked for a refund, which is unreasonable demand. I did not charge them for additional power costs for AC, because them left doors open and AC continuedly running to cooling outside air. I believe I did not do anything wrong. I also believe majority of guests will not leave doors open to let AC cooling outside air, cause pests go inside of the unit, I always try my best working with all of my guests by providing a comfortable living space, let them feel like at their own home during their vacation.

This was a beautiful condo and the view was excellent. Location was perfect for enjoying a night out with nice restaurants in walking distance. The host gave great directions and instructions for our arrival. We have already booked another stay and can’t wait to get back.

The Condo location was as described. The beach was steps away from the beach. The Condo was clean with a nice views from the balcony. Right in downtown Cocoa Beach many restaurants to walk to. We will be renting this condo again.

We loved the location! Being in town and right on the beach was perfect. The balcony was fantastic with spectacular views. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to others. Our host was terrific. Very friendly and helpful.

This was a great condo that was oceanfront with a great view from the balcony and private access to the beach. Very clean and comfortable, contact person was very easy to work with. The location was good you were able to walk to a lot of restaurants. Pool area very nice and clean.
