FONTAINEBLEAU HOTEL Oceanview 29th Fl 1 BD Suite

Thank you for your feedback Nicholas. We would like to highlight, while your expressed frustration was with the ambiance of the hotel and its volume, knowingly this owner apartment/listing was given a one star review. We've been to your assistance through out your stay every step of the way. It is noted on the listing description as well, this iconic immense venue is vibrant, and should that be paired with an ongoing conference, delays can be expected when hosting thousands of guests daily. We understand this must have been frustrating with an infant and your preference would have been something closer to a boutique hotel on Miami Beach. Fontainebleau ambiance is much different, despite we do have returning guests visiting with children of all ages year around. We are sorry the choice fell short of your expectations at the same time many guests return exactly for this atmosphere. Early check in can never be guaranteed, and while guests leave a number with the front desk, they are encouraged to follow up as well to avoid delays. We appreciate guests understanding, while on site staff perform at the best of their abilities during busier periods.

Thank you so much for your review Rebecca. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay.
