Beautiful open floor-plan home - close to Ithaca

Unwind in this beautiful open floorplan with natural wood floors, plenty of windows and a simple effortless style. Enjoy a full kitchen that makes it fun to entertain or fire up the 5 burner grill if you prefer to cook out. There's a beautiful front porch to sit on after dinner and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds to sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Our home is about 7-10 minutes from downtown Ithaca and Cornell, and about 5 minutes from Ithaca College. There's plenty of off street parking but it is shared with our downstairs tenant.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great place to stay

Very nice accommodations. A great house at a great location. Very open and bright with a beautiful front porch and a huge back yard. The owner was extremely cooperative and helpful with all our needs. The only recommendation I have, for making this the perfect place to stay, is the installation of a disposal unit in the kitchen sink. We had a great time and I would highly recommend the house to future Ithaca visitors.
