We stayed here during a long holiday weekend and really loved everything about this property. It was modern, clean, spacious and peaceful. Conveniently located near Ithaca College and the Commons, it was the perfect place for our visit. The homeowner Evan was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place! We came upstate for skiing, and this house was perfect for our trip. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including many small, thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions and really enhanced the experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our host made everything seamless with prompt, helpful communication throughout our stay. The home was well maintained and beautifully appointed with great amenities. We appreciated how well-stocked and comfortable everything was. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our host was welcoming and extremely responsive. Property was well appointed, had everything we needed, including towels for the hot tub, and appreciated that there was even easy access to streaming services vs. having to get into my own. While its sits back a bit from the road, we also had no issues getting an Uber to get into town for dinner. Only 10 minutes from the Commons area and very close to Ithaca College, as well as the August Moon Spa. Great place for our girls weekend.

Lovely house with plenty of space for a family. Location was great to downtown Ithaca and to explore the waterfalls and lakes. The S’mores and campfire was a nice touch!

Exceptional rental space

This place is so thoughtfully appointed and very clean and well kept. Everyone slept really well, the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is a really nice treat to help you relax. I will definitely book again when I return to Ithaca.

This place was great! Just as the photos showed, very clean, well appointed, everything you would need in the kitchens and bathrooms. Evan made contact a few days before we arrived with check in info, then checked in the night before we left with check out instructions. We had no issues. The location is great, we were there for a mini Ithaca College reunion, and this is 2 minutes from campus, and maybe 8 minutes from the commons. The hot tub was a great feature! Overall I’d definitely recommend this property!

Evan and his team do a terrific job with property aesthetics, preparation, cleanliness, maintenance, and ongoing service. When you arrive and move through the house, you discover their considerate and thorough attention to detail and hospitality. The kitchen is well stocked and includes K-cups, condiments, seasonings, and more. The bathrooms are well supplied with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner and include plenty of spares.The Adirondack firepit out back comes with plenty of well-seasoned firewood, kindling and chairs. A picnic table is nearby. In the kitchen you'll find a S'mores Kit that includes all you need: roasting sticks, marshmallows and Hershey's chocolate. The barbeque grill worked well and came with an extra tank of propane.We couldn't find a cutting board (we eventually did find one), so we called and they delivered two new cutting boards within half an hour. We had only six mugs and our group drinks lots of coffee, so we asked for extra mugs and more were delivered within an hour.Vacation property owners like Evan exist elsewhere, but they are rare. If you're visiting the Finger Lakes and this home is the right size for your needs: Rent it! You'll enjoy your stay.
