私の家の下には借りるスタジオがあります。 とても可愛いです。 クイーンサイズベッドとクイーンサイズの布団があります。 私はまたベッドまたは女王がマットレスを爆破するように折り畳むシングルチェアを追加することができます。 シャワー付きバスルーム。 キッチンはありませんが、ミニ冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーが備わっています。

Our stay was okay. Everything looked as advertised, communication with host was great. My only complaint was the mattress was rock hard, I didn’t sleep well my entire stay. That’s the only reason for low stars.

I’m very sorry my mattress didn’t meet your personal preference. If you read my reviews on the other platforms, you’ll see that guests actually rave about how comfortable the mattress is, but everyone has different comfort needs. I wish you would have communicated with me more and I would have attempted to make it better for you but I didn’t get any responses from the last messages I sent you. A two star is pretty terrible. I feel like that’s reserved for an electric issue or finding a cockroach or something that would have been the fault of the host. I never thought such a terrible star rating would come from someone preferring something different that other guests actually love. My advice for your next stay, if you can’t sleep, please communicate with the host and give them the opportunity to make it better or find better arrangements for you. I hope you were able to get better sleep once you got home.

Quiet and Peaceful

Our stay was fantastic! The room was located a short 5 minute walk from the beach and a mile from downtown Cayucos. There were many great amenities, a coffee pot, coffee cups, tea bags, utensils, mini-fridge with ice and a pitcher of water, towels, shampoo, conditioner, a bed and a bowl for the dog, and a bottle of wine and three bottles of water (and more). The futon was already made into a bed for the teens. The yard was well maintained and included a couple of chairs to relax in. Our dog enjoyed running around the yard and playing when we weren't walking on the beach or wandering around downtown. There was an outside shower to rinse off sand (much needed and appreciated, especially on the first day when our dog ran chest deep into the ocean). We never heard anyone upstairs. We especially enjoyed the ocean breeze through the windows throughout the day that kept the room cool and comfortable.

Love the studio!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I and our two dogs to stay for a long weekend. Laura was a great hostess, we had everything we needed and Cayucos and surrounding area provided the rest. Loved the walled-in little yard for the dogs, a bottle of wine to welcome us and even a toy for the dogs! Sweet! The walk to the beach was super short and the neighbors were very friendly as well. Thanks for the great stay!!!

Cayucos Stay

Everything was great, and Laura communicated very well. I highly recommend this place. Very convenient to the ocean and the main street of Cayucos.

Laura's home is just steps from the beach and town. We had an amazing time and Laura was an amazing host!

Cayucos clean, comfort and close to beach!

My little family had a lovely time staying at Laura’s studio space. The high ceilings and spacious offerings were perfect for our 10/13 year old boys to sleep/roam as well as the close proximity to the beach was perfection. Laura was attentive and easy going for any needs. We felt as ease and appreciated the clean close proximity to downtown restaurants and storefronts. We love Cayucos and stay here often for family getaways. We will return to this nook again! Cheers!

Great overnight stay

Laura was just amazing! Her studio was very welcoming, the check in process was easy and she was so helpful and checked in to make sure we were set. She gave great restaurant recommendations (Sea Shanty had amazing dessert), and tips for hiking trails. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice getaway and great place to rest your head.

Since the cost of living along the coast is VERY HIGH, so are rentals. While maybe more expensive than valley rentals, I do my best to keep my rates low compared to other places around here.
