HOUSING

Our charming house of 150m2 covered (135 m2 + two sheltered terraces), in a very privileged area, has 4 rooms for 8 persons (2 beds of couples, 4 individual beds). Each room has its bathroom or its bathroom. The house is very safe in nature, quiet, not overlooked visible side clearing, with a swimming pool, ping pong and a breathtaking view of a pond in a vast clearing surrounded by oaks and pines. The area is 500 m from the clubhouse tennis and international golf (27 holes including 4 link on the ocean), 1.3 km from the beaches monitored in summer and the charming village with pediment, on foot or by safe and quiet bike paths.
Nature, rest, tranquility, pool, 38 m2 of wooden terraces, teak outdoor table with chairs, an armchair and 4 chairs, table tennis, many board games, TV, books, comics ... at the house and in his private garden.
Sea, golf, tennis, surf, pala on the pediment of the village, bicycles, tree climbing, paintball, quads, some good restaurants, small shops and a supermarket, on foot or by bike. The Equine Club is 3 km away.

The pool water will be heated at your request. Your electricity bill will be significantly increased, especially in low-light and cool periods. The water can reach 26 ° -28 ° in a hot summer, but only 19 ° -21 ° in a month of May or June fresh.
You will be accompanied during your stay by myself, visually or remotely, and by friends from the Landes.
Everything will be done for the success of your stay.

ACCESS OF TRAVELERS

The whole house and its 4 rooms is rented to you.
The large dining room-living room-kitchen is equipped with the necessary for all meals and also a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, four hotplates vitre-ceramics, a fridge , a blender, a coffee maker and a teapot.
In addition, a washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

If my work or my holidays do not keep me away from Moliets, I will welcome you. I will be contactable by phone and email. My friends will always be close to you. On arrival, the beds will be made, towels, soap, will be available in the 4 bathrooms / toilets at the beginning of the stay. During the stay, and at your request, cleaning can be done by my friends. You will arrange with them.

OTHER REMARKS

For me, my house is the ideal complement to the excitement of life in the big city that I also enjoy with pleasure in Bordeaux, Paris, New York, Chicago or elsewhere during trips. I find nature, a charming fauna (rabbits, deer, squirrels, ducks, birds, ...), the current of Huchet in a classified natural reserve, the sea, the sports, ping-pong and time for board games. My house is in a peaceful, inspired place, ideal for sports holidays or to rest, read, paint, write, do yoga, create. The location was chosen after two years of research between the Charente Maritime and the Basque Country. My goal was to be able to welcome my five children from 19 to 40 at the time, their spouses, my 4 grandchildren from 3 to 7 years old and ... you.
