Das Haus ist wie beschrieben: wunderschön, toller Außenbereich, komplett ausgestattet mit allem fĂŒr einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Das Haus bietet genug Platz fĂŒr 8 Personen. un sĂ©jour merveilleux;... la maison est vraiment faite pour profiter de vacances Ă  la fois dynamiques (surf / golf / tennis... et tout cela Ă  pieds) et tranquilles... la maison Ă©tant Ă  l'Ă©cart de la foule de Moliets.... c'est d'ailleurs l'un des points forts de la "reverie" concilier tous les rĂȘves de vacances dĂ©sirĂ©s. rose, Sophie, leĂłn et alain.

Schönes Ferienhaus aber

Das Haus könnte ein Traum sein, der EigentĂŒmer hat wirklich Geld in die Hand genommen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail alles Durchdacht. Leider, wird es nicht richtig gepflegt. Es mĂŒsste ganz ganz dringend eine richtige Grundreinigung gemacht werden ( finde es ĂŒbel wenn die Arbeitsplatte, KĂŒhlschrank usw. kleben oder die Tomatensoßen vom VorgĂ€nger noch am Schrank haftet. Ein GĂ€rtner wĂ€re ebenso wĂŒnschenswert, es könnte ein perfektes HĂ€uschen sein. 10 Minuten vom atemberaubenden Strand đŸ–ïž entfernt. Hoffe der Putzmensch/Putzfirma wird ausgetauscht dann nix wie hin

AgrĂ©able pour l'espace mais la plage n'est pas si proche, comme annoncĂ© sur la publicitĂ© : au moins 20 minutes Ă  pied... et encore plus pour accĂ©der Ă  la vĂ©ritable plage. Vaisselles : aucun couteau Ă  viande, manque d'ustensiles pour "faire la cuisine" (une trĂšs grande poĂȘle, sans couvercle et une petite).

Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung - wir kommen wieder

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet um sich und die Familie zu verpflegen und einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu erleben, indem man nichts vermisst! Der Pool ist groß und uneinsichtig von den Nachbarn, die Kinder und Erwachsenen waren jeden Tag baden! Der Pool war schön warm! Die Terrasse erlaubt zwar keinen Blick aufs Meer aber man hört es und man der Blick kann ĂŒber die HausdĂ€cher und BĂ€ume schweifen und den Sonnenuntergang fast bis zum Ende sehen. Es gibt einen guten Gas-Webergrill, ausreichend Geschirr und zahlreiche GlĂ€ser und Tassen in unterschiedlichen GrĂ¶ĂŸen. Zu unserer Zeit war der Supermarkt in Moliets et Maa nur noch sehr spĂ€rlich bestĂŒckt bzw. in der zweiten Woche im Oktober dann genau wie die BĂ€cker schon zu. In 5min mit dem Auto erreicht man zwei gute Boulangeries und ein großer Super U in Moliets Centre. (v.a. Die kleine im Ort an der Nebenstrasse ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir danken den Anbietern und Angestellten und kommen vielleicht mal wieder!

Das Haus ist ein Traum mit einem wunderschönen Garten auf drei Ebenen. Die Ausstattung war großzĂŒgig (viele Teller, GlĂ€ser, Tassen, etc.) Ein Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche wĂ€re schön gewesen. Das Meer ist in 15 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen. Restaurants, SupermĂ€rkte, Fahrradverleih alles in der NĂ€he. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub.

Wonderful villa close to the beach

We had an amazing time in the villa! It is just wonderful and has everything you need (and more), like a pool, beautiful patio, BBQ grill, nice common area, and great rooms with more than enough space. Additionally, the closeness to the beach, surf shops, and golf site as well as bars and some restaurants is almost unbeatable. It's just a little more than 5min to everything! The only thing that was not perfect was the speed of the internet. We managed to get past this once we bought a mobile router though. Also, communication with Sarah (house owner) and Sally (housekeeper) was really easy. All in all, we really enjoyed our time in this little surfer paradise.

Une belle maison Ă  5 minutes Ă  pieds de l’ocĂ©an.

Une confortable suite parentale avec 1 lit de 160. Et une salle de bain privative. Les 3 autres chambres sont plus petites avec deux lits de 140 et et deux lits simples. LĂ  piĂšce commune est spacieuse, comprenant un coin salon, une table pour dĂ©jeuner Ă  8 et la cuisine (ouverte donc). Nous avons cependant dĂ©jeuner le plus souvent sur la terrasse, qui est Ă  l’abri du vent et de la pluie ( car il pleut dans les Landes!) La piscine est agrĂ©able mais prĂ©sente finalement peu d’intĂ©rĂȘt quand la mer est si proche. L’état gĂ©nĂ©ral de la maison est bon mais on peut noter quelques traces d’usure : toiles de poussiĂšre au plafond, boutons de porte dĂ©vissĂ©s, lavabos un peu bouchĂ©s, banc de la terrasse bancal , chaise extĂ©rieure cassĂ©e, terrasse en bois de la piscine vieillissante, tuyau d’arrosage abĂźmĂ©, absence de moustiquaires aux fenĂȘtres
.. beaucoup de petits dĂ©tails, mais vu le prix, on est en droit d’ĂȘtre exigeant !!! Le jardin n’avais pas Ă©tĂ© entretenu depuis quelque mois, ce qui m’a obligĂ© Ă  couper moi mĂȘme les ronces le jour de l’arrivĂ©e. Sur place, nous avons eu contact avec une personne chargĂ©e du mĂ©nage et du management - si bien qu’en cas d’urgence, les problĂšmes sont rapidement prix en main. DeuxiĂšme point Ă  amĂ©liorer : l’équipement de la cuisine. Le strict minimum est la pour 8 personnes. Mais il manque des plats, des ustensiles Ă  pĂątisserie, des couteaux qui coupent vraiment.(heureusement, nous avions 1 couteau Opinel avec nous.

Beautiful house in great location

The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped with crockery and very comfortable beds! The short walking distance to gorgeous cycling paths and of course the beach, where it was easy to hire surf boards and bikes, was a real bonus!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus hat eine sehr harmonische und schöne AtmosphĂ€re. Es liegt zudem sehr nah am zentralen Strand und ist dabei trotzdem in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage - und sooooo gemĂŒtlich

Das sehr stilsicher eingerichtete HĂ€uschen liegt perfekt in LaufnĂ€he zum Strand, Wochenmarkt, BĂ€cker. Die unterschiedlichen SitzplĂ€tze im Außenbereich schaffen fĂŒr jede Tageszeit ein gemĂŒtliches PlĂ€tzchen und der Gasgrill macht die Verpflegung mit frischem Fisch und Meeresgetier vom Markt zum Traum fĂŒr jeden Grillfan. Der beheizte Pool war bei den Kindern natĂŒrlich der Renner und der Strand mit den großen Wellen zum HĂŒpfen und der durch Ebbe und Flut scheinbar stĂ€ndig Ă€ndernden Optik war zum TrĂ€umen schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und flink. Wir haben unsere zweiwöchige Auszeit mit der Familie hier sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
