The house is located in a residential area, in the heart of the village of Moliets, shops are only 5 minutes walk. Think about renting the Conciergerie’s bikes to spend a holiday without a car: the nearby cycle path goes all the way to the beach! The ocean is 2 kms away.

GOLF AND TENNIS
In Moliets, we also come there to play golf. Its golf course, located just in front of the residence, is internationally renowned, open all year round, 18 magnificent holes located between pine forest and ocean views.
Right next to the golf course, this tennis club is unique in France: it is the only one to bring together the 3 surfaces of the Grand Slam on the same site: 16 courts.
