• The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed.

• The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence, providing a safe space for pets.

• Within a 15-minute drive, there are several golf courses, including Sky View, Citrus Hills, and Sugarmill.

• Additionally, the Withlacoochie bike trail is nearby, and shopping is just a 5-minute drive away.

• The home also offers games for kids and Bluetooth connectivity.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of all used towels and kitchen towels before you leave. Make sure to take all pool toys out of pool. Please watch how many beds your kids use, don't let them hope bed to bed please
Parents, please make sure all the games are back together and where you found them, its takes an army guys:) When stripping beds, only strip the one you used. Please read the book on FULL checkout.
Please make sure all trash is out by curb, even though it may not be trash day when you leave. If you had a dog, there is a pooper scooper out back by the light post, please patrol the yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take all trash to curb before leaving, even if its not trash day.
No parking on septic in front of house, you can use side in front of gate only if needed. It is marked with markers. Pick up after pets please

The house is very spacious with plenty of room for a bigger family. The out door screened in patio and the wonderful swimming pool are absolutely fabulous. Regine is a great host, very friendly and responds promptly. Had a great week at this rental!

The property was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. The star of the show is the heated pool and outdoor space! The host has thought of everything in terms of out of town guests. Lots of information about the area and the kitchen is well appointed. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Perfect for our family!

Our family loved the pool and there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Sabina was very accommodating. Make sure you visit her at her diner in Hernando!
