Escape to this charming house in picturesque Homosassa. Home is located in the gated community of Tradewinds which has a community pool as well as a boardwalk out to the main river. With five bedrooms featuring a mix of king, twin, and bunk beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Two king masters with en-suite make this the perfect spot for two families! Four full bathrooms include a jetted bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Fully stocked kitchen. There is a private boat ramp to launch in the community as well as dock space for up to a 25 foot boat right behind the house. Front porch has a gas drill and screened in back porch is a great place to unwind! We provide kayaks and paddles for your convenience. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this fantastic home offers a welcoming retreat. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Homosassa.

Great property switch easy access to the river and slip big enough for our boat. Host is great with quick communication and response. Property clean and well cared for. Had a great time!

Great home right off the Homosassa River with plenty of space to spread out inside or explore outside. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, screened patio, and garage space. It's in a quiet, gated community with a pool, dock space, and private boat ramp (albeit very steep so it was a bit challenging even for our experienced boaters). Convenient location to quickly get to the restaurants on the river, the springs, or out to the open water. Great home for a large family or multi-family. Would stay here again!
