歴史的なサバンナの中心部 - 改装されたキャリッジハウス - ロケーション

Thank you for your feedback, Curtiss. I apologize for the condition of the home upon your arrival. This was the result of an unexpected breakdown with our cleaning team on a last-minute booking, which is not reflective of our normal standards. We issued a full refund immediately, as we agreed this fell short of expectations. Our prior guest reviews have consistently reflected a clean, well-prepared home, and we have addressed this internally to ensure it does not happen again. For clarity, the property is located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, within close proximity to River Street and other downtown landmarks. That said, we understand the experience did not meet your needs, and we regret that.

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay in our messages, and you’re always welcome back anytime. I did notice your review was three stars, which usually means there were some problems. If there was anything that didn’t meet your expectations, I’d really appreciate your feedback so we can make future stays even better.

Thank you! We'll be more than happy to welcome you again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry your arrival was frustrating and that our phone conversation left you feeling unwelcome. Answering questions is part of hosting, and even when a conversation is challenging, it should remain respectful. Your comments about parking and access to the advertised amenities highlight where clearer directions would help. I also take your reports about the outlets, flooring, and walls seriously; those concerns deserve attention regardless of the nightly rate. While you appreciated the walkable location, I regret that the overall experience fell short of your expectations.
