Very comfortable property all around. Spacious, clean, well appointed, nicer furniture than most rentals, kitchen clean, new and well stocked, good dresser and closet space, nice shower and bathroom, good working washer dryer. The only thing that could have been better understanding it's a tough one to keep up with is the condition of the stairs and porches which needed a cleaning/power wash. Parking also is excellent.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the a,empties you need so you can travel simply. Any questions were answered with a phone call. I would give I would give 5 stars all around but think a night light is needed in the bathroom and they. Did not seem to work in the living room. But we weren’t there for the tv. This place was great.

Nice place to stay

The location was ideal for us as we did not have a car and everything was walkable. The rooms were nicely furnished and we enjoyed talking to the visitors next door as we sat outside with them.

My husband and I enjoyed the location of the property .Felt very safe in the area.Easy walking distant to shops and dining.The property was maintained well.It gave u all the amenities of home.Only downside it’s on a very busy street and sleeping at night is almost impossible due to traffic noise all night long!I would Highly suggest bringing ear plugs to block out traffic noise!!

Savannah getaway

The property was in beautiful shape and immaculate. The location was good as far as being able to walk just about everywhere in the historic district. The only negative we found, and unfortunately this was a big negative, the street noise was terrible especially at night which made sleeping very difficult. Next time we will look for a different location for that reason. Otherwise it was a lovely, but noisy place.

The location is perfect; easy to walk everywhere downtown and in the historic district. It's close to the river and Forsyth Park; essentially located right in between. It was like staying in a home away from home. I love the historic elements of the property and the convenience of a parking spot on site. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful long weekend in Savannah

Lovely large bathroom, nice sitting area and we enjoyed the location and parking. You do hear traffic in bedroom, but this is to be expected in any city. We found the place to be well cared for and clean. A nice walk in closet was a bonus too! We would recommend this property, but it is on the third floor and would not be ideal if you are unable to do stairs.

Reviewer Comments: The rental property is in a good location, it was very convenient to be able to walk everywhere. I also appreciated having a parking spot so that we did not have to park in public parking. Unfortunately the bed in number six was so uncomfortable that my husband and I departed a day early. After notifying the staff that we checked out early I received a generic response in regards to the issue. Shortly after, I saw a review in the hospitality app, where the previous renters also departed early due to the uncomfortable bed. When I sent a follow up email to my issue, I did not receive a response back. As much as I would want to recommend this property, if nothing is done about the bed I would say look elsewhere. Also, Liberty street is a bit noisy but that’s typical for a city. There is a box fan in the unit that we used to drown out the sound of the road.

We enjoyed the Jazz Festival in Forsyth Park. The bedroom faces the busy street and there is a lot of traffic noise.

Everything you could need is included, with self-controlled thermostat, small kitchen, laundry, on-site parking and outdoor seating. It's in a convenient location in the historic district and next to a coffee shop. There are many nice parks in walking distance where I ate my dinner everyday. The only issue I had was a small amount of street noise at bedtime and early morning. They do provide a white noise machine, which I neglected to use.

Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the shower water pressure is super low, so low I almost felt like calling to complain...but it was borderline, so we just made do with super slow showers. The apartment is beautiful, perfectly located and huge, the bed mattress is just so so, but everything else is great. They had coffee for their coffee maker but no sugar, a few sugar packages would have been nice and would have cost very little.

Reviewer Comments: The place is huge (which you can't appreciate in the photos and is not spelled out in the description), lots of space and in great condition. Super clean.Only two drawbacks: The water pressure in the shower is borderline unacceptable...we decided not to complain as we thought there wouldn't be much they can't do about it, but it takes a long time to shower with so little water. It was nice they had coffee but they didn't have any sugar, a few packets wouldn't cost them much and would be a nice detail. Other than that the place was great. Perfect location to visit Savannah. They were also very responsive with any questions.
