The sea and sun, our two favorite things, come together in this hospitable vacation property in Destin. Sea the Sun is an astounding 3-story, 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation rental located in the Dunes of Destin that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. Each floor of this welcoming property provides living and entertainment space for guests, making it an ideal location for reunions of any kind.

The first floor features two guest bedrooms, each with king-size beds and a shared full hall bath. This floor also includes a bonus den and kitchenette. Doors lead to the pool and patio with grill, complete with seating that creates a perfect environment to relax with a drink or to host a poolside cookout.

The second floor boasts the main open living area, which includes comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and double glass doors leading to a breezy balcony. The open kitchen and adjoining dining room are ideal for intimate gatherings or larger parties. A spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and private luxury bath completes this level.

Ascend the stairs to the third floor to find the remaining four guest bedrooms. One king-size bedroom is paired with a bunk room that has balcony access, connected by a full luxurious bath. The other king-size bedroom is paired with a queen suite, connected by an additional full luxurious bath.

Besides comfortable living quarters, this home is located in a prestigious gated community, and also provides access to a private and community pool, and direct access to the Emerald Coast beaches. This vacation rental is also situated near Destin’s Harborwalk Village, which boasts a plethora of dining, drinking, and shopping options, as well as festival fun for any season!

First Floor: King Bedroom with Patio Access, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, King Bedroom, Wet Bar, Bonus Room with Two Queen Futons and Patio Access.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub, Powder Room, Laundry.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Balcony Access, Jack and Jill Bath with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub, Queen Bedroom, King Bedroom, Jack and Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Two Full/Twin Bunks with Twin Trundles and Balcony Access.

*Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, tarps, shading screens, clip on umbrellas, flags, etc. are not allowed. Exceptions: Medical exceptions and infant shades no higher than 36”.
