Welcome to your modern 3,400 sq./ft. European inspired chalet home for entertaining your family The living area presents a grand floor to ceiling fireplace, vaulted ceilings with towering windows, exposed beams, hardwood floors and an amazing kitchen for entertaining. This home features 4 bedrooms, including 2 masters, all with hotel quality linens and mattresses. 3 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen and large decks. Situated in a very private quiet setting with ski in ski out access.

Bed Rooms

Features 2 masters with king beds and 2 other bed rooms each with a queen and two twin bunks (bunks are suitable for children only). All beds and linens are premium quality to accommodate a good nights rest so your fresh for your outdoor activities.

Kitchen

The Chefs Kitchen is fully equipped for the culinary masterpieces prepared by you for your family and friends.

Rental Rates

Experience a beautiful family orientated home with competitive rates. The rates are reduced for up to 6 guests to provide a competitive alternative to condos for smaller groups that want to experience the space and luxury of an executive home.

Rental rates are based on Weekly commitments during peak season and 4 day minimum otherwise.

Garage

The garage has ample space for all ski/snowboard storage and has rubber flooring and seating necessary to accomate guests to don on and take off ski boots and snow board boots, as well provides storage-racking specifically designed for all skies and snowbards.

Caretaker suite

There is a separate suite in the basement-3'rd level of the home that is completely independent and seperated from the VRBO rental. The caretacker suite has a seperate entrance. The caretacker suite does not have any shared amenities with the VRBO rental unit. The caretaker suite may or may not be occupied during the time period of the VRBO rental.

This is a wonderful ski in, ski out accommodation, perfect for a large group or a couple of families. Jeff is extremely responsive and helpful. His home is modern, bright and spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking utensils. No hesitation in staying here again when we get back to SunPeaks!

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The location was great and having ski in/out capability was awesome. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for all of us and our gear. Having parking and easy access to the garage to remove boots/gear was great. Jeff was friendly and helpful with tips on skiing the mountain. The hot tub provided great views.

This is a clean well appointed property with plenty of room to spread out with a group. It was super easy to ski in and ski out. The kids were excited about the huge hot tub! Overall a great stay!

Amazing House with even better views in a great location

We loved every second of our trip. The host was super kind and accomodating. The views were unparalleled with a large open space that was perfect for our group. We could easily ski in ski out. The kids spent hours after skiiing all day playing outside in yard building "igloos", we enjoyed a The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless and there was plenty of cutlery etc to provide the million cups that the 10 of us cycled through daily., 10/10 hope to come back again.

Great property and a beautiful home. Ski in and out was user friendly. Kitchen was excellent and one of the best I have experienced through VRBO. The views from the house and the setting were superb. I love the open concept of the living/dining/kitchen area. Great laundry room too. No flexibility on move in time and we had to make arrangements for our luggage to be stored elsewhere but otherwise everything was great. Owner is very careful about his property and it shows inside.

Family Ski Vacation

We recently spent 5 days at this house and loved it! We had 2 young families (4 adults and 4 kids), plus my Father. Perfect set up. Great large kitchen with all the amenities. The hot tub is HUGE! Fits 12 people. Great for an afternoon after a long day of skiing. The views from the house are beautiful. The house is close to the village. We ended up just driving a couple minutes to park our car right out front of ticketing and main lodge (since we had 4 kids under 6) but if your a component skier, the ski in/ski out works great. We will definitely be back! You can’t beat Sun Peaks and this house has everything you need for a family fun filled vacation!

Dream Kitchen and Amazing Hot Tub Views

Jeff was an amazing host and was such an easy guy to chat to! His house is beautiful and was great for all of us. My husband and I had our 3yr old and w shared the house with our brother and sister in law and our nephew who is 1.5yrs old and another couple and their son who is 7months. We spent a lot of time enjoying the open concept kitchen and living room which was nice to watch the kids play while we cooked and had drinks around the island. This house is fully equipped with absolutely everything. you do not need to bring anything but your gear, clothes and food! Instant pot, slow cooker Tupperware coffee maker, spice rack and all serving dishes its a chefs kitchen everything we needed was their! We all love to cook and the kitchen was why we booked! Especially with covid and having young kids we knew we would be cooking a lot at home throughout our stay over going out in the village. There was a big farm table where we set each morning for breakfast and at night for dinner. The hot tub is huge we all fit very comfortably and our 3yr old loved it! After a day at the hill coming back for a tub and drinks was amazing. The view is directly to the mountains and you can watch the sun set over them. Our last night we all set in the living room and enjoyed a movie night on the tv with the fireplace, it was a perfect family and friends getaway! We would definitely return again and we highly recommend this place for families to gather

Master Class Ski Lodge and get away.

Yes you can ski in and out and stay out of the usual beat'n path enjoying tranquility in the Hot tub in the evenings. Large kitchen that invites entertaining and great meals with your best of Friends. We Bbq'd up some great meals and sat all six of us at the huge kitchen dining table with room to spare. The place is well taken care of and is out in the quiet New Lookout Ridge area with a great views of the slopes. We had fresh snow and sunny but cold 10-20 degree F while sking. Snow shoeing right from the Lodge was great too. We had a small bird die hitting the window and watched a Large Raven swoop it up off the deck and consume it on the roof ofthe lower houses. We enjoyed 5 days of great memories for sure. We drove from Seattle and the Pass conditions were good. The pass hyw was well cleared compaired to past years when we have gone. Great home to have a get away Vacation.
