Perfect home and pool with enchanting landscape on 1.2 private acres on quiet cul-de-sac, 1/2 mile south of the highway transports you to another world.

Run or bike to ocean beach and town. Farm fields, horse stables , farm stands with local produce, quiet peaceful days and starry nights are all here for your enjoyment.

Living room with wood burning fireplace, den with TV, covered porch, updated kitchen and adjoining dining area opens to spacious barbecuing/dinning deck with awning. Downstairs guest bedroom with separate entrance and separate bath. Upstairs master bedroom with TV, queen bed, master bath and private deck. Third bedroom upstairs with queen bed and attached bath. Central air.

Huge grassy lawns for badminton and play.
