¡Este 5 habitaciones, 3 ½ baños, 2600 pies cuadrados de vivienda en 140 'de frente de lago es precioso y el lugar perfecto para una escapada de vacaciones! La casa cuenta con sala de estar principal con dormitorio principal, amplia cocina abierta-comedor-sala de estar, lavandería y un porche con juego de comedor y un refrigerador adicional de tamaño completo. Las habitaciones y baños de segundo nivel también son muy amplios. Características al aire libre terraza con parrilla de gas y asientos, una gran zona de recreo y muelle privado. Unos pasos mínimos para el área de entretenimiento amigable que cuenta con una gran área de comedor / comedor cubierta de 25 'x 32' con bar, parrilla a gas, mini refrigerador y TV. Muelle para nadar con divanes, un resbalón de bote cubierto de 10 'x 28' y dos ascensores PWC. Esta casa en una unidad privada se siente aislada, pero está a solo 10 minutos de la ciudad, restaurantes y actividades con mucho espacio de estacionamiento codiciado.

We always have an amazing time at this location. We love that the dock is just a walk away and we can enjoy both the house and the dock spaces. We have some amazing fish stories and great memories made, we were very sad for the time to end. Thanks for letting us stay at this beautiful home.

This home was perfect for a friend get away! The rooms and amenities provided were clean, and great for a large group. Kim was always in contact, and super helpful with ensuring our stay was welcoming and relaxing. The property was secluded enough, yet close to anything we visited outside of the home.

Beautiful property all around. House was spacious for 12 people. Dock area was wonderful. The two kayaks provided lots of exploring in the cove. Swimming at dock was Also fun. Quiet cove.

Relaxing

This was the most relaxing extended weekend stay weve ever had. Kim, our hostess, spoiled us with a warm, inviting atmosphere including a new fire pit. We were not disappointed and plan on returning in the near future. Would definitely recommend going through Kim for an amazing stay. She is very accommodating and very quick to respond.

Everything was wonderful! The house was immaculate and well supplied with linens and even beach towels. The pictures do not do it justice! The dock was perfect for our whole family to fish and kayak.

Great weekend at the lake

The house was perfect. The dock was amazing. We had a couple of snafus but they were delt with very quickly. We had a group who most had never been to the LOTO. Lets just say they are ready to start planning for next year. The house was very clean and well kept. So much refrigerator space. We had a great time. Thank you.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Thank you to Kim for her wonderful house for the week! We had an absolute blast. The location was awesome; the openness of the main floor was great for games and fun! Great Docks, Porches and Pride of Ownership

We (28 adults) rented the three houses, which are a short walk from each other. They were clean, well kept, well stocked and the AC worked great. Kim and Alex were terrific and responsive. We loved the docks, screened in porches, security of the gated community and quietness of the cove. We had a great time and would highly recommend any of these rentals.

Excellent Return Trip to the Lake

This was our second stay returning to the house this year after last summer's visit. It was just as nice as the first time! We love everything about the house and all it has to offer. Plenty of amenities, great location on the lake, clean, and comfortable. We'll be back again. Thanks!

Best Rental Ever!

This place is gorgeous! Everything our family of 6 adults and 4 children under 5 could ask for. The deck was unbelievable...perfect for swimming, fishing, boating or whatever. Be sure to rent tritune from Jeff Shore. Very reasonable, and delivered to dock! HIGHLY recommended! We will be back!

Perfect Place on the Lake

This was our first experience renting a house at the lake, and it could not have been more perfect. We had a slip for our boat and plenty of room for our family. The property was uncluttered and very clean. The kitchen had great appliances so it was easy to cook. We also grilled outside and had our choice of grilling on the dock or on the deck next to the house. We loved the views of the lake from the dock, deck and the house. We look forward to renting this property again.

family fishing trip

This property is a well kept one. We had plenty of bathrooms and we didn't use all the bedrooms. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and this is the first one with a dock that you could just lounge at. The dock had a small refrigerator and a TV for us to use, plus a grill. We spent a lot of time on the dock. I would definitely do this house again.

Perfect

This place was wonderful for all of us. There were 8 of us and it was plenty big, one extra bedroom. The area was wonderful. We spent days on the dock or on the water (rented a pontoon for 3 days). Would recommend this place to anyone. It had all that we needed and wanted. The only problem we had was getting in when we got there, the door wouldn’t unlock. It ended up that we had the wrong code so it was an easy fix. Thank you for the use of your house. Loved it!!!!

Beautiful Vacation

Came for the LOTO Shootout. Beautiful home and location. Property manager Kim is very prompt on replies and assistance. Dock is absolutely great. Had no problems with our 2 boats. Loads of fun. House was excellent and clean. No complaints from any of our 5 couples that went. Will definitely be returning.

Highly recommended!

This property presents nicely, as posted, by a well organized owner. It was very clean and comfortable with high quality amenities. The dock is a great hangout place, and the cove is well suited for swimming and water sports. Location is great for both on-lake and off-lake adventures. Our only disappointment was having to leave. We look forward to visiting this property again in the future.
