Grandview #530 - The GrandView – Lake View 530 Executive condo is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This third-floor condo is beautifully decorated in warm rich tones, finished with cherry woods, touches of stainless steel, tile and granite.  Entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless-steel appliances.  

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably in 1174 square feet. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. The Executive 2-bedroom condos are ~280 square feet larger than a typical 2-bedroom condo.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long get-aways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

We were extremely comfortable and the view was great! There are just some updates that need to be made. Some of the side tables had seen better days and the kitchen toe kicks were also needing some attention. The kitchen otherwise was a great place to hang out and visit with a beautiful view.

Great location and scenic view

The property is well maintained and located conveniently near town. Walking distance to most things, short drive or shuttle to wineries. The condo is well equipped and clean. Beds are very firm, pool area is great. Would stay here again.

Perfect Family Stay

The property was very well maintained, large with lots of room to stretch out. The view from the dinning room and living room is spectacular. It is a close walk to town, stores and restaurants. We will be going back in the near future.

Awesome Moms Weekend - Breathtaking View

We were blown away with the view from this unit. It was the highlight of our trip waking up on the water sipping our coffee and doing some yoga. super awesome little break away to recharge and the unit was just perfect for our small group. great walking distance DT and super easy checkin/out. parking was totally a breeze too (off season).

The property is a 2 star motel at best, for the price of 5 star spa hotel. Bedrooms’ windows are located at the back of the property and looking at internal corridor and elevator. So, no sound insulation from 2AM partying crowd. ACs in the rooms have a sound of a flying helicopter. The pool is tiny and muddy. The entire building has been built generations ago and never renovated since, only layers over layers of paint that is falling down in places. The only positive things I can say about the property are: view from living room is fantastic, the location is great, room inside were clean and ready, but that’s it. Might be ok for overnight stay if you are passing by, but not for that price!

Amazing place but ruined by fellow guests

The location was great, close to downtown we walked to everything. Rooms were clean and it was a wonderful space. But the entire weekend consisted of group that parked their boat at the location and proceeded to blast their music. Music is fine but it was ridiculously loud and continued on and off all day as they picked up and dropped off people at the properties dock. It was a bummer

Great unit in Chelan!

Great unit, kitchen well stocked and lots of towels linens. Very clean and updated unit. Great location with just a walk across the bridge to downtown. Looking forward to staying here again!

Weekend getaway

The property was nice and the check in was easy. Parking wasn’t ideal. Pictures look a bit better than the way it looked. We were right next to the pool. The people above us were running and jumping the whole time. It sounded like a heard of elephants. Called the front desk about but it still continued to happen. I guess I was just a bit disappointed with the way the room was. Beds were awful. My back was in so much pain .

Unit great, property dilapidated

For our "mom's weekend" Lake view is wonderfully clean, updated and pleasant to be in. Unfortunately the property is so run down we will not be coming back. We stayed in a different unit last year and the building remains unchanged. For the price the property demands it's hard to understand why it is in such sorry shape. Several elevators were not working and zero ice machines were working. The hall ways have a stench you can't describe. None of the indoor outdoor carpet is clean and the only public restroom is down a dingy hall way. While the property manager is wonderful to work with it makes me wonder how often the unit and building are visited. Does anyone realize how run down the property is as a whole? Disappointing at best.
