Plan your next vacation at one of Washington State's most desired vacation spots - Wapato Point Resort. Single level 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home complete with lots of outdoor patio areas for evening relaxation or enjoying the sun during the day. This home is located 1 block to 2 sandy beach park areas and the outdoor pool.

This 1400 square foot home features the following:
** Internet Access
** Fully Equipped Kitchen with Bar Seating for 2
** Dining Area with seating for 6 and access to patio with Gas BBQ, outdoor dining and fire pit
** Living Room with TV/DVD, comfortable furnishings and access to patio
** Master Bedroom with King Bed, TV, private full bathroom (tub/shower) and access to patio
** Guest Bedroom with Bunk Bed and Queen Bed
** Guest Bathroom with tub/shower
** Washer/Dryer
** Fire Pit, Gas BBQ Grill, Basketball Hoop and lots of outdoor patio furnishings
** Plenty of driveway parking
** Garage with ping pong table. Golf Cart & water toys hanging in the rafters in garage is for Owner Use only.

If you want to reserve a boat or jet ski prior to your arrival, you can call Shoreline Watercraft Rentals at 509-682-1515. If you want to reserve a Golf Cart prior to your arrival, call Zero Handicap at 509-670-8860.

This home is privately owned and is NO SMOKING / NO PETS. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve.

Wapato Point Resort Amenities Include: Sandy Beach Waterfront Areas, Boat Moorage (Buoys/Docks), on-site watercraft rentals (motorized boats, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards), bicycles, tennis, fishing gear and more. Enjoy indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise facility, mini-golf, horse shoes, volleyball, stocked fish pond, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts and more. Wapato Point Resort is 116 acres of FUN for ALL Ages located on the pristine shores of Lake Chelan.

This is our second time in this house, and it didn't disappoint! The kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of games for the kids to keep them entertained. The location is perfect, close to the pool and close to the lake. We loved our stay and we will back again!

Wonderful! The house was lovely, and the comfortable outdoor seating area was a huge plus! Plenty of room to park vehicles and the boys had a blast playing basketball. Bonnie was awesome, so welcoming & accommodating which made our vacation experience even better.

Overall we really enjoyed this property. Bonnie was very responsive and provided all needed information. It's a perfect floorplan for a smaller group (2 beds/ 2 baths) and having a single level floorplan worked well for my mother.

Wedding weekend

We had a great time enjoying all the amenities of Wapito Point while visiting Manson for a family wedding. The house slept all 5 of us comfortably and the kids had a great time playing board games and basketball.

Great experience, the house had all that my family needed, kids were really pleased with all the games and the outdoor space for playing. The house is in a great location. We loved it and hope to come back soon!
