Phoenix IX is one of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and the second bedroom two Queen sized beds.



There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool on the 7th floor with incredible views, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix IX with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1-10 nights is $60, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $210, 62-91 nights is $310, 92+ nights is $410. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Great place to stay very clean and very nice furniture the table outside was very nice but most uncomfortable you could not enjoy sitting on the balcony for long ..chairs uncomfortable..other than that it was great

This is the 2 nd time we have stayed here same room and all we definitely enjoyed very nice place My only complaint is the master bed it is horrible it just needs updated mattress I complained 3 years ago same problem and that’s it other than that I will continue to stay here as long as the good Lord allows and can’t wait to come back staff is amazing

Awesome - 100% the best choice for our family!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful condo and well designed. We had zero issues and everything was just as described. Zero disappointments with condo or overall property. Elevators were fast with no waiting, property & pool were clean, and everyone was very nice. Will do it again!

There was black mold in the ice maker. Several pieces of furniture had broken handles. had to hunt down TV remotes, only found 2 of 3 and one of them had no batteries. One toilet was stained. Furniture and beds was comfortable. To much clutter in closets that had nothing to do with guest. Ice in the door of refrigerator didn't work. With some updates would be nice unit . Will try other units next time. Phoenix rentals was always excellent.

condo could have been cleaned a little better. In the 2nd bedroom, the shower did not drain well, but probably because no one had reported it...same with toilet...water would continue to run unless you jiggled the handle. Over all, it was fine....could not beat the location or the view.

Two complaints on an otherwise great property…

Overall we liked the property but two major complaints. First, the wifi did not work the entire week. Second, my daughter was in main room of condo alone when a man walked in and went into one of the rooms. She hid on the balcony until she got the courage to run through and out of the condo. An hour later when we finally got a return call from the property manager, we were told it was a maintenance man that claimed he rang the doorbell three times before coming in. We tested the doorbell. It was loud. She never heard a doorbell. Also, I would expect maintenance to announce themselves as they enter while walking around to make sure no one is there. She could have been in the shower. A text or call from the property manager to warn us of a scheduled maintenance appointment would have been great. She was traumatized and we had to leave an important event scared and worried to get back to her because we could not get in touch with anyone from property management. It is a shame because it is otherwise a great property.

Great property, location & Amenities-Gorgeous Beach View!

I would have given 5 stars, but the unit REALLY needs a deep cleaning. (Dusting, carpets, furniture, baseboards, etc.) Also our fridge had sticky handles and we had to clean microwave door and handles. Bathrooms were clean, except for rugs that needed to be replaced or at least washed. Parking was great, friendly staff on property, and checking in and out was perfect. We would love to stay here again if cleanliness could be guaranteed. Overall a GREAT property and location, and unit has very high end furniture and amenities that just need some TLC!

Awesome room

The room was just as it is in the pictures. It was very nice. The walk to the beach is perfect, very short. We did have to vacuum and wipe down the surfaces but that wasn't a big deal. Loved it and would stay here again.
