Stay in the heart of downtown but with the quiet and privacy you prefer on vacation! This third-floor apartment boasts a spacious living room, formal dining room, full kitchen, and three bedrooms.

Enter into the light-filled apartment and immediately notice the tall ceilings and charming decor. Now-decorative fireplaces anchor each space and are complimented with modern conveniences like wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper.

Adjacent to the living room is a formal dining area, its table comfortably seating six. Just beyond, the well-equipped kitchen with two more bar stools at the island. Expect every essential you'd need to whip up a meal, including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The primary bedroom has a King size bed with flat screen TV. A generous walk-in closet connects the bedroom to an en suite bath with large standing shower.

On the South end of the apartment facing Wright Square, the other two bedrooms mirror each other. Both boast King size beds with hotel-grade linens, and come equipped with flat screen TVs and ample storage space. These two bedrooms share a full bath down the hall.

Wright Square is considered by many to be an epicenter of downtown, as it is situated on Bull Street near Broughton. Most of Savannah's top shops, restaurants, and bars are but a few steps away from your front door. The Percival is in an ideal location!

The perfect Getaway

This place was perfect for my out-of-town friends and I when they came to visit Savannah. The location is excellent, and the late-night noise from the party scene Thursday, Friday and Saturday was muted somewhat by being on the side opposite Broughton Street. I also got a second VRBO overlooking Broughton, and it can get noisy. Not a problem for us, though.

Lovely Holiday visit to Savannah

The perfect location for this wonderfully walkable city. We were able to enjoy all of the historical district and the river front without having to search for parking.

The apartment is on the third floor. When we inquired about an elevator, we were told there was not one on the property. We then read reviews that mentioned an elevator but described it as working infrequently. There is an elevator, it worked the entire time, but it likely isn't safety certified. I don't understand why they would not make it available safely for everyone.

Fun girls trip

Great location with 3 comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The staff were so welcoming and shared good restaurants and things to do while we were there. They let us leave our luggage at the office so we could enjoy the day until our check-in time.

Savannah summer vacation

This house is located in the middle of everything! It is a clean, large, historic apartment. We were able to walk to everything, food and nightlife were convenient. CVS is across the street which was also convenient. We never heard the neighbors.

Beautiful Home

Perfect walkable location

Perfect location to not have to worry about taking an Uber anywhere. We came with 3 couples so the 3 rooms with king beds were perfect. There is an additional pull out couch that we didn’t require. It is on the 3rd floor so taking the stairs up could be a challenge for some but didn’t bother us much. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Spot

This unit was clean, bright and the property details were spot on. The location is perfect, it is close to the river front as well as shopping, dining and cocktail establishments. The unit was very clean upon check-in, well stocked and had everything our family needed for our stay. We cooked in a few nights, the kitchen had everything we needed. We were there to attend a family wedding in Savannah, the unit was perfect and spacious for us to get ready for the wedding. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area.

Family Trip to Savannah

The property was lovely and was perfectly located. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue we had was in regards to the elevator. It was not mentioned in the listing but since we were on the 3rd floor we were happy to see it to help get our bags and a sleeping baby upstairs. Until at one point a few family members were inside the elevator and the doors wouldn’t open for about 10 minutes. Slightly unnerved we called the rental company and they said it wasn’t operational and we shouldn’t be using it. So we would recommend to the rental company to put some sort of sign up saying as such. And to any future guests: use the elevator at your own risk!

Great location but noisy!

We loved the location. It’s so close to everything. It’s big and has a modern kitchen but would’ve been nice to have a few basic amenities like more than one day of coffee and better air fresheners to remove the musty smell in the kitchen. It is also extremely noisy at night. You can hear everything - sirens, people talking, and yelling until 3 AM. Bring ear plugs or hope you’re a deep sleeper as the apartment offers little barrier from the noise that’s happening outside.

We arrived early and were told by Lucky Savannah after they checked, that we could go check in. When we got to our house, the elevator didn’t work and we had fo carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs, which was difficult with our ages being 59-86 yrs. Then our door code did not work. The heat in the stairwell due to no air conditioner was extremely hot. We were all on the verge of vomiting and passing out! We were given 4 different codes every 15-30 minutes to try to get in. They finally sent out a maintenance man to come let us in. We noticed no overhead lighting in the bedrooms only 1 lamp, the fire detector were not working, and the towel bars would frequency fall off the wall in the hall. The couch cushions were so worn down, you would fight to keep from slipping off the cough when sitting. Having to take the stairs every time we were in/out was very straining.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The was an unfortunate complete failure. We are 4 adults with the average of 80. The description should have included that the unit was a 3 floor walk up with no way to mechanically get suitcases upstairs. The unit was not "mold free" and one of the party noted this immediately and could not remain there. The unit was not as clean as it should have been. The property managers gave the wrong code to enter the unit.

Family New Years Vacation

This was a beautiful property in a wonderful location. You can walk to all the sights in the historic district. Lots of great restaurants within a few hundred feet of the apartment. You get to enjoy church bells from 8AM until the evening - so you have a natural alarm clock. Kitchen is fine for quick easy cooking. The grocery store is 1.5 miles away and an easy drive. Beds are comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Just know it is on the 3rd floor. There is a little service elevator by the back where the 1 parking space is. If you bring more than one car, you will need to park on the street or in a nearby parking garage. We had a great time!

Family New Years Trip

It was wonderful to be within steps of so many restaruants, but also to be able to cook in a well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable. You are awakened by wonderful church bells every day at 8AM so no need for an alarm. It is a 3rd floor apartment, but there is a small elevator next to the 1 parking space that comes with the apartment. Plenty of parking garages near by for the other drivers, and it was reasonable. We would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment!

However, we were told there was an elevator only to find out when we arrived it wasn’t operational. I have physical difficulties and stairs are hard on me. Three flights of stairs were difficult. The property had roaches and wasn’t totally clean. We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher. It was an ok place, aside from the location things could have been better.
