Beautiful clean house, great neighbors, gorgeous yard and lake access exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for our extended family to spread out and relax with the pool table, hot tub, and sauna. Kitchen was great, everything we needed to cook for 15 people.Price was a bit high for what we got - lacked a few small items like hand soap, dish soap, and extra towels. A couple minor maintenance issues came up but not a big deal (one clogged drain, attic bedroom lacks AC or a fan, one flaky TV, better weatherstripping needed in a couple rooms). We would come back again but not everyone in our party agrees.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our extended family. Everyone had a bedroom with a larger bed. There were multiple seating areas, a well laid out kitchen and beautiful outdoor space. The hot tub was an excellent addition to our trip. There was a beautiful view while relaxing in the hot water.

A Great Weekend Stay

The space in the house was wonderful! We were a group of 14 and we all had room. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made cooking a breeze. Overall we loved the property and are planning on booking it again!

The view of the lake and the location were perfect for a get together of Veteran friends and our families. The little ones enjoyed the toys and the playscape while the adults enjoyed the open space to congregate and enjoy each others presence and reminisce and tell tall tales alongside the fireplace. It truly was a wonderful time to get our families together on our 2nd Annual Friendsgiving. We all were very pleased with the separate rooms and bedspace, and especially the kitchen. It was very well stocked with the tools to craft all the meals. My Veteran friends and their families and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Excellent getaway for large group

We had five families who spent the weekend in this well maintained property. The property was as described and very spacious. It provided great spaces for the kids to play and separate areas for the adults to hang out. The property was very clean and the linens were freshly laundered and wrapped for our convenience. Heather did an excellent job in preparing the house for our stay. I would highly recommend this property to others!

Family Fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The size of the house and lay out were perfect for us. Spent quite a bit of time on the brick patio or out by the fire pit. Any issues that I had were addressed quickly and sufficiently. We were blessed with fabulous September weather and lovely views! Thanks for sharing this home with us.

Definitely a Good Vibe Getaway

I would DEFINITELY stay here again. This house is perfect for big groups. Very spacious and clean. The Lake is absolutely beautiful and anything you need is a short drive away. My only critique is that when staying with a a big group (we were 15 people), the hot water runs out of the shower if everyone tries showering at the same time. Nonetheless, the property still deserves 5 stars because it can be easily avoided by staggering showering times.

Family Fun

This is the perfect place for a multi-family reunion. There was ample space for each family, with multiple locations for games, T.V., pool tournaments and outdoor fun. The owner supplied toys and games for all ages, as well as kayaks and a wonderful swing set. The large lawn was perfect for corn hole (which we brought with us) and impromptu games of "keep away". The kitchen was well stocked for a large group, with plenty of dishes and silverware. A great time was had by all, and we highly recommend this property.

Perfect lake house!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice! Don’t bring a thing!! We brought so much stuff we didn’t end up needing. There are so many extra chairs there and every kitchen item you may need. Towels and sheets were provided and most of all there was a crazy amount of space in that house! We got lost the first couple of time around! So many different areas to hang out in and plenty of toys for the kids to play with on the cold day we had. Hot tub was clean and hot. Everyone caught a ton of fish. The neighbors were so nice and sold us fire wood right there at the property for our nightly fire for a fraction of the price compared to the local stores. Couldn’t really ask for a better lake trip. There were 14 of us and still plenty of room. We really enjoyed our time at good vibes!

Oye

The front door and a screen door were broken and couldn’t be lock. There was tubing going from a humidifier through the floor under the dining room table. Under the roof was burnt and we were told not to use the fireplace. The pictures on line are misleading and, in some cases, completely incorrect. The gardens were over run with weeds and poison ivy. The hot tub was full of milk covered water and smelled just awful.

Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely appreciate your recent review and are always looking for ways to improve our guests' experiences. We understand that on your first night, you called us regarding the broken screen and bent door frame, and we promptly sent a technician the next day to address these issues. However, we were not notified of any other concerns during your stay, such as the hot tub or the gardens, which we would have been more than happy to address immediately. We also want to acknowledge that after receiving your follow-up email after you checked out regarding the gardens, we provided you with a refund as a gesture of goodwill. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will continue to work on improving both our service and the accuracy of our listings. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a much-improved experience.
