This house is perfect for families who want to relax or entertain! It has it all! This newly renovated home is right on the water at the North end of Conesus lake. It has a detached garage with game room including basketball, foosball, darts, shuffleboard, poker table and more. Walking distance to Vitale park, gas station, liquor store, and multiple restaurants! The main level has an open floor plan with full view of the lake and a large dining room table to accommodate your whole group.

1st floor:
Bedroom 1: (1) king bed and (1) queen/queen bunk bed with attached bath & shower

2nd floor:
Bedroom 2: (1) king bed and (1) toddler bed
Bedroom 3: (1) queen bed and (1) full-size crib
Bedroom 4: (4) twin beds
Bedroom 5: (1) queen bed and (1) twin XL/queen bunk bed
Bedroom 6: (2) queen beds and (2) twin XL/twin XL bunk beds

Please Note: To ensure a comfortable and relaxed experience for our guests, we generally require a 3–4 night minimum stay. During peak season (June–August), a 7-night minimum is typically required, with arrivals and departures on weekends. We understand that travel plans can vary, so don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to accommodate shorter stays when possible.

Kitchen was not fully equipped but it was well equipped. Be sure to bring plastic wrap, aluminum foil etc and any specialty equipment you made need if you're making something special.

We had a great weekend at Danielle’s home on Conesus Lake. The house had everything we needed, including toys for our granddaughter. The large kitchen / family room area with open views of the lake were terrific. A great place to stay on Consesus Lake.

This was the second time staying at this property with my family. The house comfortably handled my gang of 24 people. Plenty of space on the first floor and enough beds for sleeping. The kitchen has everything we needed and plenty of toys and games for the kids. House keeping had the place very clean when we checked in. Plenty of lawn chairs provided. The parking is perfect for my large family with many vehicles. I have already booked the property for next year. The only improvement needed is lawn care and the weeds at lake entrance and fire pit. Highly recommended for large families.

The lake house is very nice and accommodated the 17 of us well. The owners were responsive to our needs. It would be nice to have a closet in at least a couple of the upstairs bedrooms. We wish there were hand soaps provided in each bathroom and the kitchen, and enough tp and paper towels for the week, since this was listed as an amenity. Not having a working ice maker was a bit of an inconvenience.

Great Family Get Away

We celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday with her children and grandchildren. There was 19 of us and the space was great for what we needed. The game room was great. Everything was neat and clean.

Christmas with the family

Our stay was perfect! The kitchen -living room area worked out so nice for gathering with the family and having Christmas dinner! The host were fantastic. They answered every question -very responsive.! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect water front property

We had 5 adults and 6 children ranging from 4-17. There was plenty of space and beds for everyone to spread out and have their own bed or room! The garage game room was a hit for the older kids, while the indoor play area with the play kitchen still entertained the 4 and 6 y/o. The kitchen is well stocked with fun appliances and nice cookware. The house is a close walk to a few restaurants and a nice park. Highly recommend renting a boat to fully enjoy your stay. Great place, super clean, and stocked with fun. Perfect for a large group or multiple families.

Cleans and convenient!

Our family had a wonderful week here! Kitchen/living/dining space met all of our family gathering needs. There were 18 of us and we had plenty of room and a few beds to spare. Entire house has been updated and was very clean. Had a few issues with the door to the garage and the kitchen sink drain but Danielle and Marc where very responsive and addressed as quickly as they could. An umbrella or two on the patio would have been helpful on the sunny days. Should mention no bath/hand towels are provided (we used the beach towels and purchased hand towels and washcloths). Very convenient to everything. Game room was nice to have as we had a few rainy days. Overall - good house for a wonderful family vacation!

Koch Family Vacation

This property was set up perfect for our large family. We had 8 adults and 13 children ranging in age from 10 months to 17 years old. Plenty of beds, linens and towels for everyone. The kitchen stocked very well with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc. main house has toy area set up for small children . Garage has great game room for all ages. Driveway large enough for 12 vehicles. All the amenities were a huge bonus. Plenty of room to spread out in the open layout on first floor as well as huge dining table. My family had a great time boating everyday (boat not included in rental), playing yard games, playing in the garage enter room, cooking, etc. This is a great set up for any large family. My only suggestion to owner is to have garbage pick up later in the week. This place is highly recommended.

Perfect family vacation Lake house with outstanding features

We hit the jackpot on finding this vacation spot on Conesus Lake! We are a family of 14 and have rented places over the last 9 years. This was our #1 spot! The owners were meticulous in all they provided- kitchen was stocked with impeccable taste- sturdy silverware, air fryer, Keurig and Drip coffee maker, pots and pans of all sizes (great stock pot sizes for cooking corn , large frying pans for bacon for 14) bowls, platters of all sizes. Open plan for kitchen , with comfortable surround sofa, large dining room table with two high top tables all affording a view of the dock and lake. Patio outside with over 20 chairs. One aspect we did not use, but was provided - high chair, infant swing, toy area for toddlers, safety gate on stairs, crib and toddler bed upstairs. Danielle and Marc thought of all ages! The garage was the perfect area for our grandkids - it provided a basketball net game, fooseball,shuffleboard table, plus every conceivable game board. Upstairs of garage, a table for card playing and poker ( chips provided) Now the bedrooms - what fun our four families had in their choices for sleeping arrangements! Three rooms had king size beds with bunk beds; another large room had twin bunks and two double beds, a porch room had 4 single beds. Plenty of room for over 20 people. Three full size bathrooms. The T dock allowed for room to dock our rented pontoon boat, and a smaller floating dock to tie up our kayak&paddle board. This is THE PLACE for vacation😄

Overall, things were fine. Nice house and great view. The site has obviously been built for this VRBO use. Plenty of beds, but to the detriment of any space for open luggage in all the bedrooms. The house has absolutely no closets to hang clothes!! I looked everywhere and the only possible closet was full of shelves.....empty shelves.??? It would have been nice if the owner actually had turned on the heat on the day of arrival. The home itself warmed up ok, but the garage/playspace never ever warmed up, so the kids simply did not want to play in the cold. The upstairs was worse, so our planned poker game took place on the big dinner table. Find a better way to warm up the garage in cool and cold weather. As I said, the house was obviously purpose built, but when it came time to purchase bed clothes and blankets, the only selection criteria was PRICE!. Pillows should have both a zippered liner/cover and pillow case. Since pillows are rarely laundered, today's germ conscious guest is likely to be concerned. If the owners never sneezed into a pillow or drooled during the night.......they would not understand that others do and a fresh liner reduces germ transmission. I guess the biggest surprise was the lack of simple and EXPECTED amenities. Everybody arrived after a long drive and here was absolutely no toilet paper!!! Mcdonalds WAS A VERY POOR SECOND EMERGENCY RESOURCE. I guess that i expected a higher level of quality in a VRBO house. OK is not enough!!

My siblings and I were in town for a family wedding, and we determined that it was more economical to stay in the VRBO instead of a hotel. A bonus was that we were able to stay together, something that we all look forward to whenever we can. Although we didn’t use many of the amenities, we found the house to be very comfortable and clean. We all agreed, this was an A rental!

This lake house was wonderful! It was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The owners keep the house well stocked with anything you’d need including a variety of beds, toys, high chair, booster seat, fully stocked kitchen items/utensils. The home is very clean and well kept. We loved our time here and plan to stay again!

Great place!

Plenty of space! Clean! The batteries in a remote were not working, host sent a local delivery service with replacement batteries and a chocolate cake! Great communication! It was a rainy weekend but there was plenty of indoor activities especially in the game garage. Would definitely book again!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!

Lake house 2022

Beautiful House, very clean and well stocked. A lot of toys and game room in garage for kids was great. Awesome Location, Walking distance to everything in town. Overall our stay was amazing and would definitely recommend this house and stay again!

Great place to stay!! Loved the lake and very relaxing!

My entire family including my two grandsons met my parents and my brothers family and NY cousins at the house. We enjoyed the lake and the house was setup for large family meals, played yards games, cards at night and floated around the lake by day. We rented paddled boards and kayaks for a few days giving everyone hours of fun. Highly recommend renting a boat or kayaks. My daughter and her boys fished from the kayaks. We had a great week at the house and would rent again.
