This spacious beachy condo has a penthouse oceanfront view - book quickly because it goes fast! There are two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom(Remodeled 2022). The second master bedroom has a king bed under a skylight and direct access to a private bathroom( remodeled 2025). The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth has two twin beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa and is also directly oceanfront with direct access to the oceanfront corner balcony.

All condos are non-smoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Towers I Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

-Only two parking passes are available for the week of Memorial Day (25th of May)
