Uno de nuestros inquilinos de larga data dijo esto. "Voy a decir que su condominio es de lejos el mejor que hemos visto y nos sentimos muy afortunados de haber podido alquilarlo.

El hermoso condominio frente al mar en el piso 11, con 3 habitaciones / 3 baños en las exclusivas villas de Southshore, cuenta con muebles de alta calidad y colchones nuevos para una máxima comodidad. Esta unidad de 1800 pies cuadrados tiene un gran cuero seccional, 55 "HDTV, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, numerosas comodidades y todas las comodidades del hogar.

Disfrutar de impresionantes vistas al océano y sonidos desde el balcón 26 pies con acceso desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. La cocina totalmente equipada está equipada con encimera de granito y barra de desayuno, comedor independiente y baldosas de cerámica en todo. La sala de estar incluye un HDTV de 55 "con el servicio Time Warner HD y Netflix gratis disponible y un DVD Blue-ray.

El principal tiene un conjunto de tamaño king Bernhardt dormitorio, televisión de pantalla plana, sala de estar, baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje jardín de la piscina, ducha y un lavabo doble. Wonderful Vacation

The property was very clean and welcoming. We loved that you could just walk out of the building and right to the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice we had a lot of rain so we spent a lot of time in the condo for once. I’m glad this one was set up so nicely anything and everything you need in the kitchen all the TVs are new and they all have Netflix, Hulu, Paramount, etc. etc. the deck, is set up great with plenty room for everyone and the views are outstanding will stay again

The host was amazing, we had a little issue with the shower liner and he had a new one sent immediately. This is a top notch condo with great views, all the amenities we needed and then some we didn't use. I'll give it an excellent rating in spite of the shower liner. If you want to stay in a nice place on the beach, this is the one!

Excellent location

Condo was perfect for an adult family of 5. Location was perfect. Balcony was awesome to sit and listen to the ocean which we did often. Master bed was very comfortable. Super nice owner.

Loved your condo!

The condo was very nice, loved the location perfect for families. The condo was big, comfortable, quite and had everything we needed. Great access to the beach. The kids loved the pools. Would rent this condo again. We had a great vacation, thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Awesome Property!

Typically I am ready to get back to my own bed. Not on this trip. The beds were incredible in every room! The room was super clean and the building was well maintained. Awesome view and my thanksgiving with my family was one of the best.

What a great experience! The condo is spacious & very well decorated. Loved the views of the beach!

Great location with incredible views of the beach! Watching dolphins from the balcony was wondrous. And we loved hearing the waves roll in. Mr Haas was a pleasure to work with and offered on target coaching about the property. Parking was ample, elevators were timely, and security was visible. Adults and children had a blast! We'd come back again in a heartbeat.

First time stay

This condo was great for us. We had two married couples and one single person. All 3 bedrooms were very nice with bathrooms in two of them and one bath just outside the other room. Living room, kitchen and dining room were good size with open concept. Great view of the ocean from the large balcony. Owner was very nice and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Anyone looking at this condo should look no further. This is by far the nicest condo I have ever stayed at. Nice view of the beach, king size bed, flat screen tv's, plenty of room, this place has it all. The owner was great to deal with and very quick at heping us out seeing how our vacation was spur of the moment. I recommend this condo to everyone, I hope to use again in the near future. Nice week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the condo. Not too busy, condo had everything we needed. The reason I gave a 4 was because the floors and kitchen counters were dirty with crumbs when we got there. But since I was cleaning extra on my own with the virus it wasn’t extra work for me but somehow the cleaning people really missed those areas. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations. Norbert was super responsive and helpful. Keypad entry to condo was easy. Wasnt super fancy but it was more than comfortable for our family. The bedroom configurations were perfect. The true highlight is its beach location. We went over the 4th of July and expected it to be packed, but it wasnt bad. The balcony was great and accommodated all of us. Location felt reasonably safe, parking was tight if you have a truck or SUV but there was plenty of it. I cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful Week

Temps in the triple digits all week and it was STILL a beautiful week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. So great to not have to go get/keep track of keys, too. Super clean, really comfy beds and plenty of space. The views were wonderful to wake up to and end the day with. The beach access was easy and the beach was no where near as crowded as other places we have stayed. It was even close to our favorite restaurant, Martinis (best steaks!). Our daughter couldn’t come last minute due to law school obligations but we look forward to her joining us next time. Thanks again!

Wonderful Views & Great Accommodations

This was our 2nd time staying here. It's well worth the money. Norbert provides you with everything you may need for your stay. The kitchen and bath are fully stocked. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of seating inside and out for your whole group. Our family really enjoyed our week together. Unfortunately, as we were getting ready to leave at the end of our trip, the electricity to the whole block went out. My son almost got stuck in the elevator after getting the luggage cart, and there was no way my 86 year old mother was going to be able to walk down 7 flights of steps in the dark to the parking garage. Norbert told us to stay put as long as we needed and contacted the bldg manager and the electric company for us. Luckily, the power came back on a lot sooner than they anticipated and we were on our way home.

Great view, plenty of space, fully equipped!

Beautiful views! Condo was clean & equipped with practically anything you would need- even a clothes hamper! (We've never stayed in a property that had one. Always had to bag dirty clothes.) Owner even supplies some board games, cards and beach chairs & toys. Not much you have to bring! Also- Mr. Haas contacted me to make sure everything was to our liking. That's important to me- to know they care about their property. Property had an indoor pool, outside pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, & hot tub. Bathrooms are near the pool, which was great! You don't have to go back to the room. Property was clean as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Southshore Villas has all the amenities, but is smaller than mega resorts and the beach is much less crowded than Cherry Grove or Ocean Drive.
