Perfect for families

Perfect house for up to three couples plus children. Across the street from Three Mile Harbor, you are close to bay and ocean beaches and a short walk to the best sunset in the Hamptons. Bedrooms include three king/queen bedrooms (two with en suite bathrooms), one bunkbed room with four beds and a crib, and a large loft bedroom with two twin beds. All four bathrooms are full baths. The house sleeps 12, but we prefer not to rent it to groups of more than 8 adults as the bunk beds are intended for children.

This winter we replaced the pool deck and updated the landscaping. It looks great!

We recently bought the house, so we're still working out the kinks! The house is fully functional with all of the necessary furniture and accessories but with minimal decoration.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
