"Villa Josine" se encuentra en un tranquilo y tranquilo vecindario en Elizabeth Street, una de las calles más buscadas de todo Key West. Relájese en el corazón del distrito "Old Town", que está convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia de todas las actividades divertidas y restaurantes que Key West tiene para ofrecer. Est�� a solo unos pasos del histórico cementerio de Cayo Hueso y a solo dos cuadras de la mundialmente famosa calle Duval. Las adorables casas "Conch" ubicadas a su alrededor lo harán sentir como un verdadero local de Key West.

EL ÁREA AL AIRE LIBRE ...

"Villa Josine" cuenta con un área al aire libre increíblemente privada y espaciosa, exactamente el ambiente tropical que está buscando durante sus vacaciones en Key West. Relájese en la resplandeciente piscina climatizada estacionalmente con amigos y familiares con una bebida en la mano. Sumérjase en la hermosa piscina de sol de Florida o cene al aire libre a la sombra en la terraza trasera con capacidad para ocho personas. Una gran parrilla de gas le permite organizar cenas y cocinar la captura del día para que todos disfruten.

El frente de la casa ofrece un lindo porche delantero, un excelente lugar para comenzar el día con una taza de café y observar el mundo pasar. "Villa Josine" también ofrece estacionamiento fuera de la calle, un absoluto "imprescindible" para los huéspedes que planean conducir hasta Cayo Hueso o planean alquilar scooters, bicicletas o un carrito de golf.


EL INTERIOR...

"Villa Josine" ofrece 4 amplias habitaciones, cada una con su propio cuarto de baño privado y ropa de cama nueva y cómoda. Las 2 habitaciones de la planta baja ofrecen una cama King y 2 gemelas, mientras que las 2 habitaciones ubicadas en la planta superior ofrecen una cama King y una cama Queen, respectivamente. La zona de estar y comedor de concepto abierto es el lugar perfecto para que los amigos y la familia se reúnan y se relajen en una comodidad inigualable. El enorme techo abovedado en la sala de estar brinda a la casa una sensación excepcionalmente espaciosa, y las grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio ofrecen una gran cantidad de luz natural. Con el Pino del Condado de Dade, esta casa es la combinación perfecta de comodidades modernas y el encanto de la "Ciudad Vieja".

La cocina del chef ofrece lujosas encimeras de cuarzo blanco, estantes abiertos y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de primera calidad. La isla se dobla como una barra de desayuno con banquetas para 4 personas y el área de comedor contigua tiene capacidad para 6 personas.

Great house for four couples. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance (less than a mile). Walked to Seven Fish and A&B Lobster House restaurants which were the best. Good time at Dry Tortugas. Cleaning crew showed up before checkout time. Would stay here again.

We had two kings and a queen upstairs, plus a king and twins downstairs, comfortably sleeping eight. Each room felt luxurious with comfortable beds, crisp linens, TVs, and ceiling fans. The bathrooms are modern and spa-like, with excellent showers. The home was spotlessly clean upon arrival and stayed that way throughout our stay.No issues whatsoever—check-in was seamless, the property management team (Historic Key West Vacation Rentals) was responsive and helpful, and everything worked perfectly. Off-street parking for one vehicle was convenient, and the home has all the amenities you could want: AC, washer/dryer, outdoor dining for eight, gas grill, and plenty of seating.Villa Josine truly delivered the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for a special occasion, this home will exceed your expectations. We created so many wonderful memories here and can’t wait to return. Beautiful house. Good sized bedrooms; and, the all en-suite baths, and the 1/2 bath in the common area, were perfect. Kitchen is nice and has the tools you need, not a lot of extras but enough. Pool is nice, albeit small. Just enough to cool off with a drink. The location of the house is perfect - very easy to get downtown or out and about. The host/manager was easy to work with and available, if needed.

Great Location

This home was great! It was perfectly located in Old Town Key West just a few short blocks from Duval and Front Street. The neighborhood was quiet and the back yard and pool area were serene. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home in a great location

This was a beautiful home in a great walking location in Old Town Key West. The house was clean, inviting, well appointed and comfortable. The property manager was responsive and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again!
