The Estates are the exclusive development of single homes to the left of the gate house as you enter King's Creek Plantation resort. There are two master bedrooms, one standard bedroom with a private bath, and 2 sleeper sofas. Large whirl pool tubs adorn each master bedroom suite. Sleeper sofas are located in the living rooms. The kitchens are fully stocked with appliances, granite counter tops, and an outdoor gas grill.
