Welcome to our beautiful lake house located just 300 feet from Lake Greeson nestled in the foothills of the Quachita Mountains. The lake is directly across the street from our home. Our home is not lakeside. You can launch your watercraft toys at Self Creek Boat Ramp which is less than one mile from our home.

No Smoking Please. Must be 25 years to rent. Renter 25 years or older must accompany all guest 24 years or younger. NO PETS ALLOWED. If you bring a pet there will be a $250 non refundable fee. Ring System. NO Load Music. Quiet time 10PM till 8 AM. Our home is not available to renters that want to use our house as a party place i.e. Loud Music, Drinking and disturbing the neighbors. This is a neighborhood environment. Please be honest about the number of guest. No other guest are allowed on the property without permission from the host. This is due to previous guest not being honest about number guest staying the night at the house. FYI Pike County is a dry county. Free WI-FI is included in your stay.

Our home is a two story 2500 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths. The front and back porch is the entire length of the house. There is a swing and ceiling fan with plenty of seating available on both the front and back porches. There is a gas grill on the back porch for your cooking pleasure. Please Do Not grill under the porch due to fire/ smoke issues. The back yard is enclosed with a chain link fence. The master bedroom is located down stairs with a king size SLEEP NUMBER BED no TV. The living room, kitchen, dining area is an open concept with TV. There is a long bar/island with six bar stools in the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked. Sectional and lift chair in the living area. There is a farmhouse dining table for your dining pleasure. Also, in the dining area is a pool table/air hockey table for your entertainment. There are numerous board games, puzzles and cards too. The half bath is located downstairs for your convenience. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. Upstairs is a full bathroom. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top with TV. The second bedroom has a king, queen and a twin beds with a TV. All rooms have ceiling fans. All bath towels are provided. A high chair and pack n play are available. When reserving please be accurate with the number of guest that will be staying. Maximum guest is 6. The detached garage and storage building is not available for guest use. This house is not handicapped assessable. I am available for any questions or concerns during your stay.

Lake Greeson is a beautiful lake for boating, skiing, kayak, riding your jet ski, and/or fishing.

Bear Creek Trails are located less than a mile from the property at the entrance of Daisy State Park. There are 31 miles of trails. The 31 miles cross rocky outlays through a mixed pine and oak forest. It begins at Daisy State Park and travels near Kirby Landing and Bear Creek recreation areas, ending on the west end of Rough Mountain.

The Crater of Diamonds State Park is 23 miles located in Murfreesboro, Ark. One of the only places in the world where the public can search for real diamonds in their original volcanic source. The park is 37 acres of plowed field. The eroded surface of a volcanic crater for a variety of rocks, minerals, and gemstones. Any rock or mineral found is yours to KEEP!

Hot Springs, Ark is a tourist haven. For adults Horse Racing and for the kiddos Magic Springs Theme and Water Park. Great for kids of all ages as well as adults. The water park is included in the entry price. Concerts throughout the season.

Also there is a variety of hunting in this area. NO hunting dogs allowed to stay at this listing.
