Njut av morgonkaffe pÄ den helt slutna Lanai eller pÄ den lugna sidandeplatsen med utsikt över sjön. I detta hem ingÄr tillgÄng till den privata parken Shore Beach inklusive parkering och anvÀndning av badhuset.

Hemmet har en öppen planlösning med gourmetkök och Àr utsökt inredda. Lanai inkluderar en pool, inbyggd grill, och dess vÀstra lÀge ger en underbar plats att se pÄ mÄnen. Förutom luftkonditionering har alla rum takflÀktar. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, klÀdkammare och badrum med eget badrum. Wonderful!!

We have a lovely week staying at Als. The house is perfect and well thought through, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The location is perfect and we hardly needed to use our car at all. Al is a wonderful and generous host and provided us with everything we needed. He knows the area well and gave us lots of tips for places to eat and things to do. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Exceeded ALL expectations

We enjoyed a week in Al's gorgeous home in Naples. His home is beautifully appointed with a gorgeous chef's kitchen, an outdoor kitchen and a lovely lanai with a shaded sitting area. Al was a gracious host who went way above and beyond the call of duty. From the wine, chocolates and fresh cut flowers he left to welcome us to the restaurant recommendations and directions to local grocery stores etc. he consistently exceeded our expectations. We were travelling with my elderly parents and Al went out of his way to allow us early check in so that my mom and dad could rest after a tiring day of travel. Al, provides beach chairs, and umbrellas, bikes and helmets, use of his kayak etc. He said to us many times "I want you to enjoy my home as though it was your own". And he means it. I cannot say enough good things about this lovely property and this thoughtful host. We will be back.

Ideal Luxury and Perfect Location

The house is immaculate, great layout and quality throughout. Everything was perfect, from the crisp sheets, fresh flowers, pool towels, beach towels, coolers, bikes and location. The owner thinks of everything and has done a phenomenal job of staging the house and making it feel like your dream home. Al had supplied us with a variety of beverages to get us started, and even that was over and above what we had expected. You would have thought you were staying at the Ritz. Pool is perfect and the hot tub perfectly situated. We enjoyed having our coffee every morning out on the lanai. The location is ideal. The beach is only a 5 -10 minute walk to enjoy the sunset, and the included pass to the Park Shore Beach Club allows you to drive, park and take your chairs to another perfect beach. We look forward to staying in this house again in the near future. Again, everything exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous Home-Great Location!

Well-furnished home with great layout, comfortable furnishings, high-end appliances and amenities in prime location. A large out door private screened living space with pool, hot tub, grilling and dining area, all with ample seating and lounging area. This location is close to everything; beach, shops, food store, restaurants and several churches. The owner went above and beyond to welcome us, with tour of the home, fresh flowers, beverage favorites, and all other basic essentials. Available bikes, beach chairs, coolers and access to private beach within walking distance were unexpected conveniences which topped-off the great location. Perfect home, perfect location for a relaxing family vacation !

This is my primary residence and I welcome you to enjoy it while I am away. Contact owner about length of stay.
