IF the house rules are not followed traveler agrees to forfeit their damage / security deposit
Personal items left behind after vacating, traveler will have to make arrangements to pick up item at Dillon Beach, we are not able to mail.

Fantastic view. Cool neighborhood with neat houses and plants. Lots of deer around. You can walk to the beach but steep uphill coming back. Great exercise. Host was nice. My 8 year old daughter loved the loft.

Gorgeous views! We had a wonderful stay. It is nice to have sitting rooms of different levels - both with ocean views. The kids loved all the board games and the boogie boards available to borrow. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was easy to cook in. We loved being up in the hills overlooking the ocean, with deer grazing right by the house. It’s a nice walk down to the beach/store, but a steep hike back up! We preferred to drive down and park in the lot. (You can ask for a pass so you can drive in and out, if needed). Dillon Beach is a family favorite. Kids love sliding down the dunes, tide pooling, and playing in the waves. The store is great for soft serve, coffee, and other necessities. We also visit Bodega Bay and Tomales Bay for delicious seafood. And the off leash dog beach is definitely our dog’s happy place!

Driveway was pretty treacherous, trying to get in and out of the property. After we finally got the key out of the lockbox, we walked into the home and was surprised to find that there are only bathrooms on the main floor, none downstairs and none upstairs, as this is a three-story home it really needs to have a bathroom at least upstairs, where there is a bedroom with also another daybed for people to sleep.That evening, we wanted to pull the shades down in the dining area, started to pull the shade down and realized the cord that we thought was attached was actually just hanging there and came right out of the bracket, no way to reattach or pull the shade back up again!Kitchen faucet handle fell off the first night so we had to just reattach it best we could to use it.I feel like the owners need to do some maintenance on this house, I know that I would want to keep up with all repairs as it is a very nice house with wonderful views of the ocean.All in all, we had a good stay for the three days we were there.
