Récemment construit en 2018, ce chalet possède toutes les commodités que l'on pourrait souhaiter pour un séjour agréable dans un Sébastopol créatif et artistique. Cadre très privé, avec grande terrasse en séquoia donnant sur un joli jardin. Les plafonds voûtés de la cuisine et de la chambre donnent à ce cottage moderne et pittoresque une atmosphère très spacieuse. Inondé de lumière. Le décorateur touche partout. Double porte française s'ouvre sur une cuisine / salle à manger / salon complet. Grande salle de bain moderne et spacieuse, comprenant une buanderie.

Situé dans l'un des quartiers les plus appréciés de Sébastopol, à cinq minutes à pied des restaurants, du théâtre, des boutiques, de la dégustation de vins, du Barlow et du grand marché fermier du dimanche.

We loved staying in this sweet cottage!Mary,the host was very kind and welcoming. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and the bathroom had loads of thick towels and toiletries if you didn't bring your own. Bed was comfy,as well as the couch for reading and relaxing. It was nice having the ability to stream our Netflix too and love having secured internet and laundry machines!All in all, a lovely,light filled cozy cottage in a walkable neighborhood with a wonderful host nearby! We are returning!

Amazing peaceful stay

We had a lovely time at Mary’s place. It was spotless, peaceful, furnished and appointed wonderfully, and had great sunlight and garden areas. It was really adorable and we’d recommend it to anyone.

Comfy, Cozy Getaway for Two

We had such a lovely stay in Sebastopol. The guest house was clean, quiet, well equipped, and perfectly comfortable for a long weekend getaway for two. The location was ideal for checking out the quaint downtown area, as well as exploring the wide array of nearby wineries. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it for couples or solo travelers.

Prefect getaway spot!

This is our second stay at this wonderful spot. We love the space and feel so comfortable. It’s perfect for two or for exploring on your own. Great walk ability to great restaurants, shopping and breweries. It’s very central. So you can take easy, short trips to wine tasting, beaches, and the redwoods. And Mary is an excellent host, with a beautiful garden. It’s a quiet neighborhood with lots of birds enjoying the trees and shrubs. You’ll love it.

Perfect Sebastopol wine country guest house

Everything was better than advertised. The kitchen was well stocked, communication with the property owner was outstanding, and it exceeded expectations in every way. Super close to downtown and the Barlow. We will be back again soon!

Jennie and her husband were wonderful guests. We dealt with the threat NorCal fire that weekend, and they were real champs. We stayed in constant communication. And in spite of all that, they left the guest house in tiptop shape and were so understanding! I would have them back in a flash. Everything worked out!

Amazing stay in Sebastopol

This property was amazing. Everything about it was immaculate. Check in was super easy. Mary was super responsive when messaging. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal. It was a great location for exploring western Sonoma Valley and Sebastopol. We will definitely be back.

Fall Retreat

Comforting and peaceful guesthouse. Everything necessary within walking distance on what might be the shortest street in Sebastopol. Yet the coast and vineyards are an easy drive. The house was fresh and new with a lot of thought to details that made it feel like home. It was wonderful for me.

Cottage in Sebastopol

My husband and I came up to Sonoma County for some business mixed with pleasure. Mary's guesthouse was in the perfect location for both parts of our trip. The house was well stocked and we made many of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The weather for nearly every day was beautiful so we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings with our glass of wine. Another major plus was the location. It's literally walking distance to downtown Sebastopol and the Barlow so many many options for eating, tasting and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back!

Perfect!

Everything was perfect! No complaints at all. The cottage was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and stocked with everything I needed, even coffee (both regular and decaf). It was a good base for exploring the coast and the redwoods and all the surrounding towns, and I also liked just hunkering down and reading there in the afternoon after a morning out exploring or antiquing. I would be happy to go back any time.

I am a professional woman with an executive coaching and leadership training company, serving clients throughout northern California. When I'm not visiting clients onsite, I work from my home office, which is located on the same property as my guest house. I am originally from New York, moved to sunny CA in 1985, raised two wonderful kids - now grown - and now lead an active busy life. Moved to downtown Sebastopol in 2016, when I bought this lovely bungalow - in the heart of the wine country - and have been fixing it up ever since. I love this place!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

It is close to everything! I can walk to dinner, movies, coffee shops, boutiques - and then hop in the car and head to Bodega Bay and get there in 15 minutes. The restaurants, wineries, easy access to Santa Rosa Airport - made this home irresistible. Plus, my daughter, son and niece live very nearby.
