Luxueux 3BR / 3BA, une vue imprenable et un bain à remous privé

LakePoint Hideaway, niché au cœur du comté de Summit, comprend trois chambres, trois salles de bain complètes, notre propre bain à remous privé, un garage privé pour une voiture et un parking privé situé à côté du sentier récréatif autour du lac Dillon. Entouré par une myriade d'activités hivernales et estivales, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour des vacances.

Juste à côté de l'autoroute I-70 et de la sortie 203 de Frisco, cet emplacement offre commodité et luxe avec une excellente combinaison de vues fantastiques sur la montagne, la vie privée et un accès facile à la zone environnante Summit. Ce condo est à seulement quelques minutes des stations de ski Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone et Arapahoe Basin, avec le service de navette gratuit à moins de 300 mètres de la porte d'entrée.

Vail et Beaver Creek sont à environ 20 minutes à l'ouest sur I-70, et Denver est à seulement 75 minutes à l'est sur I-70. Vous serez situé à proximité de Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, et Keystone, ski de fond; la motoneige; Cours de golf; Cyclisme; randonnée; monter à cheval; rafting en eau vive; excursions en jeep; Frisco Marina; Les magasins Silverthorne Outlet Factory; et les centres de loisirs des centres de villégiature.

LakePoint Hideaway est une maison construite sur mesure, avec plus de 1800 pieds carrés, et comprend exclusivement des équipements de haute qualité pour rendre votre séjour plus qu'agréable. Il y a des carreaux d'ardoise et de belles boiseries dans toute la maison. L'étage principal est un plan ouvert avec planchers de bois franc et plafonds de pin noueux dans la salle familiale, cuisine et salle à manger. Une balustrade normale de poutre de rondin et une balustrade mène aux chambres à coucher. C'est une maison de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes avec une cuisine entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisson pendant votre séjour.

Les couchages comprennent un lit king dans le maître avec une salle de bain privée et un bain à remous. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen. La troisième chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés, dormant quatre. Il y a aussi un grand canapé-lit en face de la cheminée dans la grande salle. Ce condo offre une vue magnifique de chaque pièce du Continental Divide à l'Est, ou du Mont Royal, de Buffalo Mountain et des Peaks à l'Ouest. Un bain à remous privé 8 personnes est à quelques pas de la porte arrière.

Notre maison a été décorée pour fournir un endroit chaud et confortable pour se détendre et récupérer après une journée remplie d'activités de montagne. Nous sommes impatients de vous faire profiter de votre séjour dans le comté de Summit.

Great location to visit surrounding ski resorts along with all the stores and food options within walking distance. Angela (the host) was very accommodating and detailed. Beautiful, and very bright, home! Loved the sunshine coming in through all the windows. The deck and hot tub face an open field and toward the lake and mountains. So peaceful and calming compared to many locations where your backyard faces someone else's backyard.We were very happy to discover there were some spices/odds and ends in the pantry and fridge - both a help to us for the week, plus we didn't have to through away partially used condiments and such when we departed for the airport.Also, we found the Frisco location better than we had imagined for getting to different both Copper and A Basin. Would be great for Breckenridge and Keystone too.Lastly, Angela was very communicative and responsive. Will definitely look at this house again.

Perfect Annual Ski Trip

Our group has skied all over the US and Canada. We like great skiing off the beaten path. This condo and Frisco were perfect. Walked on our ski boots to the shuttle to Copper. Kicked back in the hot tub at the end off the day. Angela is a wonderful and communicative host. Would stay again.

Great summer escape

This property was a great place to escape from the summer heat at lower altitudes. Communication with the host was great, and the home was very well stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great place. KITCHEN nicely stocked w/ pots& pans, dishes, utensils, etc. When crock pot quit working, the owner offered to pay us to replace it. There was plenty of linens, pillows, blankets in all rooms plus bathrooms had plenty of soap & towels. The owner was extremely nice and enjoyed talking to before and after we arrived to see if we needed anything. We loved it & would bring my family back to stay here

Two Family Ski Trip

This property was wonderful for two families skiing together for a week. We were easily able to walk to the bus for access to Copper and had a short drive to A-Basin. The property has a lovely view which really feels like you are getting away. Close to multiple grocery stores. It was great for us!

The location offers the convenience of amenities with the privacy and respite of stunning natural mountains and Lake Dillon nestled in the valley of the ranges. Our condo is located within easy access to Loveland, Keystone, Copper Mtn, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Vail and Beaver Creek resort towns. Amazing scenic views are experienced from the privacy of our backyard and private hot tub overlooking the Nature Reserve. The summer activities are just as plentiful to include a variety great hiking and biking trails. We enjoy staying in Frisco as the town and surrounding areas hosts a variety of activities, musical, art, and food festivals throughout the year.

Frisco is an amazing place to get out and explore, or unwind, relax, and recharge as you experience the great outdoors. We love the close proximity to many outdoor activities, including skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, rafting, and golf. The fantastic mountain fresh air along with the many winter and summer activities make this an ideal spot for a getaway in the Colorado Rockies.

We love the tranquil setting with the amazing views of the surrounding mountain ranges and the Continental Divide, just steps out our back door. We back up to an open Reserve space and thus no-one is located behind our home just a vast view of the surrounding mountain ranges. Frisco is centrally located in Summit County with easy access from Denver and to all the major ski resorts and towns.
