Great House in Dillon!

We had a wonderful stay at Greg’s place. The house is spacious, comfortable and was perfect for our family of 5 plus two dogs. The huge fenced in back yard was wonderful for everyone. The location is great, just a few minutes from Keystone. Highly recommend!

Month Getaway

We stayed for a month with our two dogs. We loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs. The neighborhood was great for taking them for walks and convenient to everything from grocery stores to the ski mountains. The house is equipped with everything you may need. The Foosball table was fun, we played quite a bit! Would stay here again for sure

Great Stay in Dillon

We had a terrific time. Property was spotless, everything available as advertised. Hot tub was great and it is an excellent location for three couples -- plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, and yes the place around the corner is great. Pro tip: if the pizza joint is busy, they don't answer the phone for take out. Zip down, place your order and it will be ready when they say it is. Location is minutes to Keystone, 20-ish to Breck, 35 to Vail. Great way to maximize Epic pass access. Heated garage made drying skis easy (our SUV was too tall with the Thule on top). Greg is a great host (thank you, again for a wonderful stay and quick response to our minor queries).

Great location, chill host

The pictures are exactly how the space is in real life. Two great living room spaces, foosball table, and indoor hot tub. There’s a window pass thru from the tv room to the kitchen which is great for watching and feeling included while cooking and hanging out. The house is well stocked with essentials, paper towels, trash bags, tp, sleds, washer/dryer and a heater in the garage. It’s a perfect location to pop over to Keystone Resort, Breckenridge, or down into Silverthorne. There’s a small little plaza right around the corner with a coffee shop, pub, and pizza place which is perfect for so many reasons. There’s also a walking path around the lake there behind some houses which is great to take the dogs. Overall, really easy with the host and a great spot for a family affair or two/three couples.

Great Vacation House

Mountain Getaway

This property was the perfect place for me and my fiance to getaway from Denver with a group of our friends, and our pup! The neighborhood it is in is charming and very well located - super easy drive to Keystone, and pretty quick to Breckenridge, Dillon, and Frisco as well. The property was spacious - only three proper bedrooms, but plenty of other sleeping space on couches and cots. Kitchen was well stocked, and the grill was great to have available as well. Huge backyard too! Greg, the owner, was very communicative and helpful. We're already dreaming about our stay here next winter! Thanks!

Enjoyed our ski week here very much!

A very convenient place to stay while enjoying all the ski resorts in the area. The house is spacious, comfortable and well-stocked with items in the kitchen. It also has a nice backyard (if the snow is not too deep!) for kids or dogs to play. And maybe the best amenity is the indoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing. One day we had an issue with the hot tub and the owner went out of his way to have it corrected that same day. Very much appreciated!

Great stay

The cabin is just as pictured. The property owner (Greg) answers questions very quickly and he even had a Christmas bouquet of flowers on the table for us. Very nice guy! We stayed Christmas through New Year's. The mountains surrounding the place are beautiful & the other cabins in the neighborhood are as well. Cabin is fully stocked so you literally just need to bring your clothes and bathroom essentials. Washer & dryer was an awesome amenity because we stayed so long and all went home with our laundry done! There's an extra fridge in the garage for extra drinks & food. The nearby pizza place was awesome. Love the location. You're right down the street from the Keystone activity center, 5 min. About 15min to Silverthorne shopping and dining. And 25min to Breckinridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Great memories!

The location of this beautiful home was perfect for our Colorado adventure. Close to everything! Spacious, comfortable, and loved the indoor hot tub! Owner super nice and responsive. Great place for our pup who made lots of friends with neighborhood pups. Would love to stay here for our next Colorado ski vacation!

Great location and property!

Amazing location away from the crowds in keystone and walking distance from Lake Dillon and several trails. Greg was very responsive and extremely helpful for anything we needed! Highly recommend this and will be back as soon as we’re able!

Great place to stay on a ski vacation

We have stayed at several places in the Summit county area on our ski trips. This was our first stay here and it quickly became one of our favorites. We would definitely stay here again. The house was very clean, all appliances worked well and it was well stocked with linens and kitchen items. My husband loved coming back to the indoor hot tub after a day of skiing. I only wish I could have enjoyed the back deck and yard more but it was under several feet of snow!

Great location and space!

Went with a group of 5 guys to ski. Great location to access many resorts. House was very spacious and clean. Not advertised is two pull out couches. An extra twin bed and an extra trundle bed upstairs. So no shortage of beds. Thanks again Greg, we would definitely consider this place for next years trip!

Great vacation home for our White Christmas

We loved our stay here! The location for us was absolutely perfect. The home filled all of our needs. It was so thoughtful to have coffee already there for us- it was an added plus, not to mention the other supplies that were already there! The owner seems very nice and was very supportive when needed.

Very nice cozy house!

My kids loved being in this house, never bored. This house is big, comfortable and clean, with all appliances you need for cooking in the kitchen. I personally loved the view from those big windows and when we came tired from driving there through the blizzard on the way, the lighted tree front of the house cheered me up, it was like Christmas again. Peaceful, calm, romantic...and it was all our vacation like that. We enjoyed our stay there, all we needed was in close distance (skying resort included) but still location of this house made you feel like far away from crowded places which is always plus. This house is perfect stay for family and your friends. We enjoyed it, thank you!

Awesome Place! Great stay couldn't have asked for more!

The house was exactly as described and could not have been a more wonderful place for our family of 7 to stay at during the extremely busy holiday season. It was clean and well kept and extremely spacious. Our family enjoyed the indoor hot tub (BONUS!!) as well as the fireplaces throughout the main floor. It was very nice having a garage for the ski/snowboards as well as an easy to access door to get into the house. Greg left great notes and we would surely stay here again. All of the linens and beds were clean and well kept. The carpet and furniture was clean and well maintained as well. There are plenty of glasses, bowls, silverware etc! Do not hesitate to stay here. Our Wheaten Terrier was also welcome here and had a wonderful time in Colorado as well!

House was great for us, & Greg is a delight

Our family of four rented Greg's house this past season while our kids were in a ski program. The house was comfortable and well-maintained. Greg was very responsive if we had questions and the rental process was a breeze. We really liked the location and appreciated so much that we could bring our dog. Our kids had fun in the back yard making snow forts, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay Greg!

Perfect House for a Perfect Vacation!

This property provided the perfect setting for our annual Spring Break family vacation! Other reviews are very thorough in their compliments, and I echo every one. Greg was very pleasant to work with, and very accommodating to our needs. The hot tub was a huge draw; it is just off the family room and you can even watch the TV from it! The kitchen was fantastic and had everything you could ever need to cook with. The washer and dryer in the garage were super handy. Lots of storage room too. Can't wait to return!

A Wonderful Week in Summit County!

We had a group of family and friends and two dogs stay at this house, and we were very pleased with the accommodations. With the house being centrally located in the county it was easy to visit several different ski areas. The layout of the house with large common areas is great for groups, and everyone enjoyed being able to hot tub inside the family room while still socializing with everyone. The spacious kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need, and the entire house was very clean. It had a good, homey feel to it, and we would definitely come stay here again.

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This!

This was the 2nd time I've stayed in this home in the last year. If I have it my way, I'll stay here every Spring Break. Last year I brought my wife and kids. This year we brought our friends and their kids too. Read my review below, from last year, for all the specifics. The house, however, seems to get better each year. For me, I like to cook a big breakfast before skiing and then prepare a big pot of stew or chili in the evenings. This kitchen and dining room are perfect for getting families together to do just that. The den is a perfect place for everyone to relax in the hot tub while others enjoy a little TV from the sectional. The living room provides an overflow for the folks in your group who prefer to cuddle up with a nice book after a long day, or just enjoy a little private conversation in front of the fireplace. Towels are abundant and the washer/dryer in the garage work perfectly. Even with 8 people we were never without hot water. The bedrooms are roomy and the closet space is overflowing. The loft is perfect for kids or entire families. In fact, it's an area you need to prepare to fight over. There is plenty of heat in every room with simple thermostat adjustments. The additional refrigerator in the garage is perfect for those of us who thrive on excess. The garage is plenty large to fit most cars and SUVs. Summit Cove is conveniently located on the south side of Lake Dillon. It is only a couple of miles outside of Dillon and only about 1 mile from Keystone. It is very convenient and accessible with a liquor store, Irish pub and pizza place only a couple of blocks away. I cannot say enough good things about this house. If only it was mine! One last thing about the owner, he is very kind and accommodating, he is easily accessible and responds promptly via phone or email, he has always treated me like family even though we've never actually met. I trust him and he trusts his guests and that says a lot. I've stayed in condos & houses in Summit County for 20 years and I've never found a better place than this, nor a better owner/manager. I take care of this house as if it were my own and I hope you will too.
