Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. There were no problems, the property was quiet and private, the pool was great and well maintained and everything worked as expected. We were met on arrival by Tina and she gave us many ideas and places to visit.

Excellent and faultless

Our stay was wonderful. The villa was immaculate, it was well provisioned, it was quiet and provided for a ideal retreat. The property managers could bot have been more helpful. We had has a truly excellent stay.

Secluded and stylish

The outdoor area and living / kitchen space makes up for the fact that the villa is quite a way away from the beach and town. If you have a rental car, this will be no problem though. Wouldn’t recommend 7 people as there are only 3 nice double bedrooms (ideal for party of 6), but overall a great spot for exploring the east side of Rhodes.

Nice VillaNisso Summer holiday

Villa Nisso is situated upon a small hill with a few other villas. Is has a small pool and a view to the sea, air conditioned and with WLAN, TV and all necessary equipment. It is cleaned well & regularly, has two nice bedrooms and another small one, where the bed is a little bit hard. Nice town with restaurants & shops is a short drive away. The people are very friendly and helpful and you can have a very relaxing holiday. We would recommend it.

Villa Nisso stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Nisso - lovely well equipped Villa with all the facilities you would need - especially aircon in every room given the high temps in August. Please be aware you will have to have a vehicle to stay here - it is not close or walkable to any shops or tavernas - or even the nearest beach. However there are loads of facilities within a short drive. Please note the single bedroom has no storage facilities or even a wardrobe rail which should be addressed.

A very comfortable villa in a great location for exploring the island

This is a very comfortable villa, just the right size for a family of four. We did not find the pool too hot or noisy, as other reviewers have commented. The air conditioning was very effective. The only criticism I would make of the villa is the shower, which requires you to sit down (on a seat) and hold the shower head in your hand. Some of the kitchen equipment is also a little tired, but we had everything we needed. Only a couple of the cable TV channels are in English. The directions provided could be improved by saying that you should turn right when you reach the enormous and well signposted Shark restaurant on the Afantou beach road ! We missed the turn the first time. In terms of where to visit on Rhodes, we really enjoyed Rhodes Town, Lindos, Kamiros and the double sided beach at the southern tip. The astronomy cafe near Faliraki is great fun. Every trip was improved by arriving early. For example, we got to Kamiros at 9am and had the whole place to ourselves. Overall, I would really recommend Rhodes as a holiday destination. There are great beaches (whether you like sand or rocks for snorkelling), beautiful mountains, Ancient Greek and crusader history, friendly people and also tourist-friendly shops restaurants and the famous Water Park.

Great stay

We have just returned from our stay at villa Nisso. We were met at the villa by Tina who had fresh coffee brewed and snack prepared upon our arrival which was a nice touch. Tina showed us around the villa and told us about restaurants and various sites to visit which was helpful and she was at hand through out our trip For any queries The property was great. very clean and was well stocked with things like toilet paper and kitchen consumables. Plenty of towels provided The only issue I found with the property was with garden area surrounding the pool at one point I think there would have been grass but the grass has died away leaving exposed soil and weeds which isn’t pleasant to walk on when you come out off the pool. But over all it was a great stay and would defiantly stay again.

A well positioned and very comfortable villa.

This is a lovely villa, just the right size for a family of four. It is in a great location for exploring the island, and very peaceful (you can hear the neighbours when you and they are in the garden, but it is quite in the house). The pool is lovely, and the air conditioning means everyone can sleep well!

Really nice Villa

Really nice Villa situated at the top of a hill - a car is essential for this villa as taxi's don't really know where it is and bus stop is a good 10 mins walk away. Tina was great and responsive immediately no matter the time of day, also very helpful on first meet in sharing different places and useful numbers. Enough driveway for 2 small cars.

tolles Ferienhaus in günstiger Lage

Wie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. das Quartier ist sehr gut gelegen, um die verschiedenen Ausflugsziel schnell und gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. der Service ist großartig. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit nur kleinen Mängeln

Wir hatten 12 sehr schöne Tage in der Villa und haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Besonders hervor heben kann man die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartner. Warum dann nur 4 statt 5 Sterne ? Ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlen zur Bestnote: - der Garten wurde nicht so gut gepflegt wie das Haus, ein kaputter Stuhl stand in der Ecke und ein wenig Müll lag hier und da. - die direkten Nachbarn haben einen Hund der gerne mal in der Nacht länger bellt, blöd wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft. - aufgrund der langen Trockenperioden muss eine Pumpe laufen, um das Wasser hochzupumpen für Bad und Küche, eigentlich kein Problem, leider steht die Pumpe aber direkt neben der Terrasse und macht ordentlich Lärm. Zudem muss man zwingend ein Auto haben. Auf dem Hügel auf welchem die Villa steht ist nichts außer den paar Nachtbarvillen, in den Ort ist es mit 40 Minuten Fußmarsch zwar möglich aber auf Dauer und zum Einkaufen zu weit. Wie gesagt nur Kleinigkeiten, alles andere it TOP. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Awesome Villa

The villa was totally awesome. Every room has an aircondition unit. With it we could keep the villa nice and cold. The beds were perfect for us. We like a hard mattress and they were. The swimmingpool was also very nice. And very hot. The water had a temperature of about 32 degrees. The only downside was that the lighting in the pool wasn't working. On arrival we were greeted by the hostess. She is a lovely person who has a lot of cool places to visit. Thank you for that. We went out for diner every time to the same place. In Psintos. In restaurant To Stolidi tis Psinthoy . A very lovely place with alot of real greek food, run by a family. After 2 weeks we felt sad we had to leave. Overall I would recommend Villa Nisso to everyone who wants to have a magival holiday in Rhodes.

beautiful property in great location

This was a wonderful house , well appointed, leaving us not wanting. The views from the 2 upstairs bedrooms were peaceful and lovely. In my opinion the location was perfect, 20 minutes to Rhodos town and 20 minutes to Lindos, and all the fabulous beaches and towns in between. The house itself is on a hilltop road with few neighbors, it would normally be a nice 20 minute walk to the beach, but in the heat of summer, unbearable...you will drive everywhere:>) Kolymbia is a three minute drive...the strip has many restaurants and shops for your convenience, mostly for tourists. Alternatively if you want a more authentic feel, the town of Afantou is just north of the main road. We would definitely come back to stay here! If I was forced to complain about something, I would say the 3rd bedroom is more like a large closet, but fine for a child, as well their pullout couch is quite comfortable as an alternative. The water pump next to the outdoor patio needs to be muffled, and hopefully the ant situation has been taken care of.

De très bonnes vacances

Très bonne surprise à notre arrivée à 11h, la maison étant libre depuis la veille nous avons pu avoir les clefs immédiatement. Un welcoming pack très apprécié puisqu'arrivant un dimanche les magasins d'alimentations étaient fermés. Maison propre et bien équipée dans un environnement calme. Même bémol que dans certains commentaires précédents : la pompe à eau électrique est un peu bruyante et trop proche de la terrasse.

In this villa week a vacation feels lika a month

Villa is hard to find, so before you come map it on your GPS system. On positive, because of that neighbourhood is very quiet and villa is on a hill so you can see beautiful landscape on both sides of the villa. Front porch has enough space for your car. Inside of the house is cozy and has all a things you need proper Wi-Fi, satellite tv (free only news channels), washing machine and inside fireplace. One of the best thing we used it allot was Bose wireless speaker, it delivered splendid sounds when we were sunbathing near a pool. Pool is great, Katie, make it effort to fill it for us and we use it everyday. All backyard is lovely, nice view to the sea and town, there is outside grill, but you have to bring your own coal, we left it some for other guests :) . Water pump it's a bit noisy, but after time you get used to it. Also some doors in a house need fixing. Apart from that everything was excellent. We had proper vacation in this villa and if we anytime gonna come back to Rhodes. I am gonna check if Villa Nisso is free :)

Hi we are group of 6 people from Slovakia and we would like to rent your Vila for 2 weeks from 26th of september till 10th of october. The only problem is we need to pay in euros, would it be possible? Im sorry to write you here but I cant find your email adress.

Great views, nice garden, could be better.

Good points: Peaceful location, with great sea views. Generally well equipped villa. Very good driving instructions, a car was essential here. Complaints: Noisy outdoor water pump spoilt evenings on the patio. Bbq needs a grate for the coals, making it almost useless. Things that could be improved: the beds should be replaced as we both have bruises from banging our shins on the protruding low bed frame which was in a narrow part of the room. The bedrooms had very limited furniture. A booklet of info in English would have been useful on attractions and local services including doctors and hospital etc. we had no WiFi for the last two days. A dish washer would have been appreciated. In summary we had a nice holiday but we would not book this particular villa again.

Thank you for providing your feedback on your stay at Villa Nisso. As you say the location is wonderfully peaceful and great sea views. We have noted your issues and can confirm that the water pump problem is now being dealt with, we are providing a new BBQ for the grill and villa folder containing all important information (we are not sure what happened to these). We have also made a note regarding the beds and we are planning on replacing the beds this winter ready for next season. We apologise for the lack of WiFi on the last two days - again this has since been restored. We are glad that overall you enjoyed your holiday and we hope that you visit Rhodes again.

A fabulous holiday in the most beautiful home

Wow!! this holiday home is perfect! on a quite hill in the most beautiful part of the island is Niso Villa , perfectly situated near the best beaches and restaurants and only 20 minutes from Rhodes city. the villa is immaculate and beautifully designed, with a stunning view of the sea and a pool that my 2 kids had fun in. we were welcomed with a surprising basket of food and a list of recommendations regarding places to visit and eat. We would definitely come to this beautiful villa on our next holiday.

Amazing honeymoon at Nisso Villa!

i booked the villa for a week with my wife and 10 month old son, for our honeymoon. what a place! absolutely loved it. the people we booked the villa with with arranged for a lease car for us, their directions to the villa were simple and we got there in abt 20 mins from the airport. the views from the villa are superb. i really felt like a king for a week. its finished to a great standard, and was clean and tidy throughout. their was even a welcome pack of bread, biscuits and some wine - really nice touch. the place is nicely located between 2 villages, walking distance to one of which we spent a lot of time at., with plenty of eateries etc. we used the car to drive up to Rodos and then to Lindos, both gorgeous places. would highly recommend the villa for couples and families. miss the place already and its only been 24 hours.

excellent villa excellent location

My familly and I stayed here from 2nd July for a week and absolutely loved it. The villa, as previous guests have commented, is stunning. There are 3 lovely bedrooms, two with their own balcony and are all decorated in a beautiful modern contemporary style. In fact this is true of the villa throughout. The bathroom is with very good showers etc. Credit to the owners here as a lot of thought has clearly gone into providing visitors with everything they might need. They've even included some local take away menus etc should you wish to fully relax and not leave the villa all day, which we gratefully took advantage of on particularly lazy days! Outside the villa is a lovely pool and beautiful seating area, nicely shaded from the hot Greek sun. We felt the thought that has clearly been put into this property inside continues outside. The views from the garden are fantastic and we loved the feeling of being up on the hilltop with our own privacy and the peace and quiet but still only a short distance from the local towns with their many bars and restaurants. We would absolutely recommend this villa and Rhodes itself. The villa is very well positioned so you're only a short drive to Rhodes Town, Lindos and the airport and there are a couple of lovely towns very nearby too serving great cuisine. The owners were very friendly to deal with and we can't wait to go back next year

Fantastic Villa - friendly owners

we had a wonderful Vacation. We were amazed to see the Vila. It was even nicer than what we have seen in the pictures. It took us 20 min to reach there from the airport. The Vila was brand new, beautiful, clean, spacious and well equipped it was better than a five stars hotel. The view from the garden was astonishing and felt like being in heaven. The owner, arranged us a car so we could travel everywhere. The village and beaches of Afandou & Colimbia are few minutes driving (supermarket, tavernas, bakery etc). The beach and the water was more than we would expect. We would love to go back there it was worth each euro that we paid.
