THIS PROPERTY IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED after each guest. IT IS ALSO FOGGED with commercial grade disinfectant if house is booked back to back.

Enjoy skiing in/out of this 5000 square foot home from the Gold Link Lift located in Prospect Development on Mt Crested Butte! The owner strives to provide the definition of the Ultimate Crested Butte Vacation!

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath with steam shower, separate large soaking tub and a private entrance to the upstairs balcony.
The Jr. Primary Suite has a queen bed with large private bathroom/walk in closet and is equipped with a steam shower.

The downstairs features a den/family room and 3 bedrooms/2 baths.
The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and a full private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom and are equipped with 2 twin beds (can be made into a king ) and 2 sets of bunks, that are actually queen beds, with twins above them. (6 sleeping spaces)
The office located upstairs off of the living room ( doors provide privacy) is complete sleeper sofa and closet. There is a bathroom right next to the office, which includes a stone shower.

The downstairs den is complete with a 85" TV

There is another twin bed located in the downstairs den. And there is a roll away bed available by request.



The upstairs living room is furnished with enough seating for the entire family to view the surrounding Mountain Ranges (unobstructed views)and has another over sized SMART Flat TV complete with YOU TUBE TV and a stupid number of channels! Netflix is also provided

A wet bar with ice maker is conveniently located off of the living area.

The designer kitchen accented new quartzite counter tops (2025), Wolf Stove and Sub Zero Refrigerator/Freezer gives even the most novice cooks a feeling of gourmet cooking! Enjoy your meals around the dining room table which easily seats 10. There is extra seating for four at the bar.

THE KITCHEN IS FULLY STOCKED WITH every SPICE IMAGINABLE, as well as COOKING SPRAYS, OLIVE OILS, SUGAR, VINEGARS, SPLENDA, COFFEE FILTERS.

The stereo system in the living room provides the entire home with music to entertain all. The balconies are also equipped with speakers for the entertainment center. The downstairs balcony is equipped with private hot tub for your after skiing pleasure and seats 6- 7 adults. Outdoor speakers were added recently for the hot tub.

There is space in the heated garage for parking 2 vehicles as well as storage for skis/snowboards and bikes. However, it is more comfortable to only park one car during the winter.

This home is accented with custom made wood work throughout, wood floors and marble countertops in the bathrooms. The artwork throughout is original and most of the window coverings all custom made.

The summers are beautiful on the 20 x 30 deck! Your friends will envy the view!

This property has two spaces in the garage and can accommodate additional four cars in the driveway.

Stunning home with even more stunning views, the pictures do not do it justice. We had a large group and everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. Additionally the host was incredible, responsive, pleasant to talk to and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Would recommend 10/10 times. I will likely stay in this property again. Ski Trip

We had a great time at this property! The ski-in ski-out is super convenient and it is very close to the lift. The hot tub, game consoles and ping pong were great for our group of friends. Highly recommend this rental. Diane had great communication and check-in and check-out was super easy.

Ski-in /Ski-out at Crested Butte

This property is spectacular. The location is unbeatable - ski-in and ski-out every day. So easy to get on the slopes. 10 minutes to town, and the bus system is super convenient. The house has everything for a great family or friend getaway in the mountains - huge kitchen, large dining areas, multiple patios, outdoor hot tub, ping pong, gaming, lounge area everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

Wonderful Home

This a great property with easy ski in/out access to the Goldlink lift just a stones throw from the house. We skied in for lunch each day. The house is well maintained with lots of nice features. Diane is a great host and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend it for a family or group ski trip.

What a fantastic place and setting

We headed up to Crested Butte with our neighbours for a Covid safe Thanksgiving. What a great place and location. The place was great for kids as they can take over the downstairs and older folks upstairs the views were incredible from the hot tub and deck. We will definitely be heading back.

Amazing Ski in and Ski out

We had two families stay in Diane’s house. It was exceptional. The house was perfect if you don’t wanna haul your skis to a shuttle and down the hill to the base to start or end your day! The kids enjoyed the games and ping pong table and everyone used the hot tub. The heated garage was a nice bonus to gear up in comfort. I would highly reccomend this house to any group wanting comfort and convenience to the mountain.

Great Mt Crested Butte rental

This was absolutely a great and beautiful house to spend a week with our family. It was exactly, if not better, than advertised. It was clean and well furnished and equipped. The owner was the most communicative I have ever seen prior to the rental and was very available for a few questions during the week. All in all, it was my best experience with a VRB0 rental.

Great house and location!!

This house was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the steam showers, wonderful views, gourmet kitchen, large kitchen table, heated garage floor. No detail is forgotten. The ski in ski out access is great also. The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend this house to anyone.. You can't be disappointed!!

Big house!

We didn't need all the room, but this house can accommodate many travelers. Five bedrooms with lots of beds, and an office with a pull out that could have been used. House is beautiful, as well. If we had any complaint, it would be that it is hard to ski in ski out while there is so much snow on the access run. But I would rather have all the snow that dropped on the 2sd night and next four days than not have the snow. Skiing was great.

Diane is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure the property is just right, such as beds in the best configuration for the group. She is extremely responsive to text messages. (Even the one where the whole "problem" was just my operator error!)

Perfect for our family

The home was everything we hoped it would be...spacious, cozy, well equipped, gorgeous views, and wonderfully situated next to the Goldlink lift. Our family of nine had plenty of room for both together time and alone time. The hosts, Diane and Stan, could not have been more gracious or responsive. They were quick to respond to emails, calls, or texts and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you!! We hope we have the opportunity to return.

Outstanding!!

This was our first trip to Crested Butte in several years and our first bringing our children for skiing. Diane's home is absolutely beautiful - both the inside and awe inspiring views. No detail has been left out of this home. They have thought of everything. Diane was fantastic at making sure we knew everything we needed to make our trip a breeze! This ski in/ski out house might just be the best in all of Mt. Crested Butte. We cannot wait to come back again soon.

What a gorgeous view from every room!!!

This house was amazing and very well equipped for nine people. It can actually can sleep many more comfortably. The house was absolutely immaculate when we checked in! We enjoyed every amenity it had to offer. The wonderful hot tub, the very well stocked kitchen, and many comfortable lounging areas! The young adults had their own downstairs with lots of bedrooms, games and ping pong. My husband, who lives to barbecue, found the smoker downstairs and loved it!!! This was a 5 star trip and house. The hiking nearby was perfect ! You can’t go wrong with this incredible house and host!

Incredible house, awesome location

This is our 2nd year to rent this beautiful home for a week during the summer. Diane always thinks of everything-even had a local cookbook and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy! The house is warm for a small group yet large enough for a family reunion. The sunset views from the balcony are second to none. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The jacuzzi is clean and hot! This location is perfect in the winter for skiing and next to popular hiking and biking trails in the summer. It cannot be beat! We will be back again! Barbara

A Gem on the Slopes of CB

One of the very few true ski in/ski out homes on the slopes in CB. Huge living space and kitchen, unbelievable upstairs covered patio with majestic views, beautiful wood burning fireplace, excellent entertainment system, separate downstairs living area for the kids with video games, luxurious bedrooms, helpful and friendly owner and support staff....I could just go on and on. We made dinner plans in town ahead of time for 4 nights during our stay. We loved this home so much that we ended up cancelling all 4 reservations and chose to hang out at the house instead. Diane, the owner, provides a fully equipped kitchen and well stocked pantry ready for most culinary undertakings. We had a great week and would stay here again without hesitation.

Family Ski Memories

When your teenage boys 17,19,20 say they can join you for a week of skiing you try to make it memorable! We booked a last minute trip and Dianne couldn’t have made it easier. We were lucky there was a cancelation and were able to stay in this gorgeous home. Everything you will need is here. I was anxious about the ease of ski in/ ski out, let me ease your mind! The very short walk to the lift is flat- I’ve stayed in resorts where you are in front of a lift yet you walk UP HILL to the lift. The walk to this lift is super easy, skiing back is just as quick! We enjoyed late afternoons in the hot tub, apres by the fire overlooking incredible views. Evenings we took a short drive into town for wonderful dinners and came home for game nights (they have tons at the house). If you didn’t want to go out for dinner, the kitchen has just about everything you could need which saves precious ski time. Lunches back at the house were easy for mid afternoon stops off the slopes - it was just a perfect home! The personal touches and detail show how much love has been put into in this home. The excitement and willingness this family has to make vacations perfect for the guests visiting their home is second to none! Thank you for making our family feel so welcome!!

Second time even better (if possible)!!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. We hope to make it annual trip, since this is our favorite ski home (and we have been doing the trip for 30 years). Everything about the home is great, so it is hard to sum up in one review. Not necessarily in order, here are some of the highlights: Location - truly a ski-in/ski-out home. Walk out the garage and a few steps to the cat track to ski down to the lift. Skiing back home is even easier. A groomed trail leading right back home. Kitchen - All new/modern appliances that are set up for real cooking, not just to look good. The refrigerator and cabinets are stocked with the essentials, which is a rarity in a rental home. Living Area - Wide open area adjacent to the kitchen, so plenty of room to be together with friends and family. Bedrooms - All the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, and most have their own private bathroom. 2 of the private bathrooms have steam showers, a big plus! Town - Easy shuttle into town, which has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shopping. You can eat at a high end steakhouse, or enjoy pizza and beer at a locals bar. Ski Area - Since you are far from the I-70 corridor of Vail, Breck, etc., there are no lines and no crowds. And there is variety for any level skier or boarder. Plenty of back country, bowls and groomers, if that is your preference. Owners - I saved the best for last. Diane is the most accommodating and friendly owner we have met in our 30 years of renting. She will do everything possible to insure you have a fun and enjoyable trip. We had an inflexible schedule for our trip this year, and she was able to make some adjustments to fit us in. Thank you! Hope to be back next year.

Amazing House

Best house and best location in Mt. Crested Butte. The house fit 8 adults and 8 kids with ease. Hands down the best experience we've had with a rental house. Will be back as often as we can.

My husband and I built this home in 2006. He personally built all the cabinets, front doors, and made all the mouldings. Originally, I decorated it, and am continually tweaking it to stay current. It is a special home that we enjoy sharing. We have tried to pay close attention to all details of making sure that our guests have a wonderful time.

Why they chose this property

Crested Butte is a unique and special place. We purchased a condo in 1997 and became frequent visitors. We love the town and the mountains. it became my husband's dream to build a larger home in the mountains and we feel very blessed that we were able to make his dream a reality.

What makes this property unique

Local assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should there be any issue that i cannot resolve from Louisiana. House also has keyless entry --- no lost keys! Also, I am available upon your arrival to make sure you are schooled on the use of the stereo/tvs, hot tub, etc.
