This bright and airy golf and beach retreat is situated on the second floor among the swaying palms of 154 Colonnade Club. The insect free villa overlooks the lagoon and the 6th tee of one of the plantations 27 holes of championship golf. For the sun bathers, it is only a brief stroll to one of South Carolina's finest beaches along the Atlantic Coast. Colonnade's very well landscaped pool and hot tub are at your disposal and just a short walk from the door. If tennis is your game, the highly acclaimed Van der Meer Tennis Academy is just a short distance from the villa. For those looking for exercise or adventure, discover the beautiful Shipyard Plantation by bicycle on many miles of paved walkways. If fishing is your pastime, cast your line in the lagoon coming up to our condo, or take advantage of the many tours to the Gulfstream.
This Tuscan inspired villa is a jewel of the island and features an outside private balcony, a professionally decorated living area, two large bathrooms with one built in hair dryer, and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Wireless Wi-Fi and Flat Screen cable television in every room, (55 in LG in living room, 32 in LG in master bedroom, 24 in Toshiba in guest bedroom) and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats six. The villa is our second home and we take great pride in maintaining its appearance and we hope you enjoy your stay. Our aim is that you will want to return.
This villa has key less entry. No need to pick up or drop off keys. This saves time. You can arrive at villa much sooner.
New refrigerator, dishwasher, and food waste disposer installed 2011. Villa was painted 2012.

Very good facility in a great location
154 Colonnade is a fine unit in a good location on Hilton Head Island. It is a comfortable 2 bedroom unit that can easily accommodate 4 adults. It can accommodate 6, but would be tight quarters. The deck overlooks a lagoon separating Colonnade from the 6th of the Shipyard Golf Club. A lot of local native birds and animals frequent the area...as well as a frequent alligator. The complex pool is only heated by the weather, but it is very nice and maintained throughout the year...but, there is a hot tub enjoyed by some in the cooler months. If you are interested in eating in the island provides a number of easy to get to grocery stores .....Publix, Kroger, BiLo can be found within easy driving distance(less than 4 miles). And if you would rather eat out, there are many options including fast food in/takeout to more formal eating formats. There is a pair of gas grills on the grounds, but they are a 3 minute walk to the grill area. Hilton Head is known for it's beaches....the nearest beach is about a 13 minute walk, but there are a number of other beaches within biking or driving range. Bike riding, jogging, walking, and just soaking up the sun are many of the favorite pastimes on the Island. But, if you have the time check out the Low Country History...very educational and informative. You should be able to enjoy your trip to Hilton Head with your stay at 154 Colonnade with the many options it offers, but if you have to be right on the beach this is not the place for you.

In the description, Omer says that "our aim is that you will want to return". It worked for us. This is our 7th return to 154 The Colonnade.
This villa does not disappoint. It is clean, well maintained and everything is as described by the Owner in the description.It has a large deck that is partially shaded much of the day and overlooks a small lagoon and the 6th fairway of the Shipyard Golf Course.
When we want to eat-in the kitchen is well equipped and when we want to eat-out there are numerous restaurants serving American, Italian, Asian, German and French cuisine.
We like to golf, cycle and walk the beach and when in Hilton Head we have two Must-do's. An evening at the Jazz Corner in the Village at Wexford and a lunch or dinner at the British Open Pub

Perfect place to stay!
Our second year renting this condo. Its fabulous. Great location. 10 minute walk to beach or can drive and park at beach. Great pool and hot tub. Condo is very updated, clean and extra nice. Owner is great to work with even gave us some restaurant suggestions. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hilton Head!
Perfect for our family!
We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was quiet, but close to the pool, running trails, tennis and the beach (~10 minutes away on a path). The condo was clean and spacious. We used the kitchen to cook and stay in some nights, but also went out the others. We will definitely return!
My family and I just returned from two delightful weeks at Omer's villa. The unit is in excellent condition with beautiful tiles floors everywhere but in the bedrooms where Omer has recently installed new high quality berber carpet. Also, updating Greg A's review, Omer has recently remodeled the two bathrooms and they are truely amazing. It appears Omer used a professional designer and of the tiles, Saturnia, polished granite, and top of the line sinks, toilet, and tub - no expense was spared! This was our third stay at Colonnade but our first time at Omer's villa. We'll be back next yr.
