Baywatch House is a super clean waterfront home ideally located in a quiet and isolated location, perfect for a Chincoteague Island vacation. House borders a horse pasture where Chincoteague ponies and other horses roam.
Facing South looking over the water is the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and one of the other two bedrooms, a 50'+ deck with grill, lounge chairs, and dining area. The outside dining area is within view of the wonderful sunsets to the west and waterfront to the south.. Weber grill with all the tools provided. There is a large bonus room with dining areas facing North and West so beautiful views of sunsets are possible
Main living space: There are 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with 2 closets and private bathroom with a walk in shower & 6' soaking tub. Waterfront Bedroom #2 has a comfortable queen bed and direct access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Salt Marsh Estuary View Bedroom #3 has a queen bed & twin daybed with direct access to Jack and Jill bathroom shared with BR #2. The 3rd 3 piece Bathroom has a shower and is downstairs next to the laundry room. Nice bed linens, towels, washcloths, hair dryers and bath soaps are provided. Starter paper products are provided for both the kitchen and baths. Mr. Coffee type coffee maker is in the kitchen. Town is a 7 minute drive from the house.

Oversized Washer & Dryer with laundry detergent are located on the ground floor.

Amazing home. This is not your standard rental. It feels like staying at your friend’s beach house. It is very well-stocked with everything you could possibly want. The towels are plush. Comfy beds and sheets. Cute decorations all over the house, beautiful furniture, and it looks like a magazine, but so homey. The only thing missing was the horses. They decided to hide when we were there. We’ll have to come back!

Paradise with the Ponies

Our family had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! It has all the bells and whistles, and as an added bonus, ponies in the back yard! We enjoyed the expansive deck, large living room and dining room for our family of 6. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for guest use, and they made packing for this vacation a breeze! We LOVED this property! Private, quiet area with ample parking and great neighbors! Stay here, you will be glad you did!

Wonderful house and restful location

We cannot rave enough about Baywatch. This large three bedroom house has a fully equipped kitchen and recreational beach supplies. A large deck provides wonder views of both wildlife and Assateague Island.

The house is located at a really quiet place and the view is spectacular. We were able to spot some wild horses when we first arrived. The house is very clean and spacious. The owner also prepared a lot of fun board games for guests. We had a lot of fun playing the puzzles when we are back in the house at night. Hopefully we can go back again sometime.

Professionally decorated Baywatch House is located on Leonard Lane, one of the most serene, beautiful places on the island to live and visit. It is a private road with several beautiful homes, all on the water. Even though the home was built in 1986 as a private residence, over the last 15 years it has been completely remodeled. Master carpenters were hired to create this unique coastal style waterfront home surrounded by nature.

What makes this property unique

Baywatch House is located on a private road away from traffic and noise. Roaming Chincoteague Ponies and Quarter Horses sometimes graze near the house , although unpredictable since their pasture is part of a 20 acre tract. The home is warm and inviting with many personal furnishings and artwork of the owners. It is overlooking Oyster Bay and pony pasture to the South and East and salt marsh estuary to the West and North.
