Precioso ático de entrada / salida de esquí en Peak 9 Sleeps 12

Excelente condominio de esquí en el ático ubicado en la base del pico 9. ¡No se necesita coche! ¡Simplemente salga por la puerta trasera del complejo, póngase los esquís y tome el Quicksilver SuperQuad Lift! Alquiler de esquí también están disponibles en la base del ascensor. Salga por la puerta principal y Main Street está a una corta caminata de 1 1/2 cuadra. El tranvía gratuito se detiene a media cuadra de distancia para llevarlo a la tienda de comestibles.

Este espacioso condominio para no fumadores acomoda fácilmente a dos familias. Tiene una gran sala grande con estufa de gas, balcón con vista a la pista de esquí y tres baños recientemente remodelados. También hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad.

La planta baja Master BR tiene un baño de Cal King y privado con una bañera / ducha extra larga. El segundo BR tiene una cama queen con un baño grande al otro lado del pasillo. Arriba hay un loft con dos juegos de literas gemelas extra largas, y un tercer dormitorio con una cama queen y un juego de literas y baño completo.

El complejo cuenta con jacuzzis interiores y exteriores en el piso principal y una piscina durante todo el año al otro lado de la calle para su disfrute.

This is a great unit, particularly for families. Just steps away from Quicksilver lift, 3 roomy bedrooms (one with a bunk bed in addition to double bed) and a loft with 2 bunk beds. Very clean and well equipped. Great hot tub in building. Owners could not have been more responsive, accommodating and flexible. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic ski in ski out stay

This condo was perfect for a friend’s ski trip. Fit 8 of us comfortably with room to spare. The proximity to lifts and town make it a great stay. We were definitely spoiled and will have to do ski in ski out from now on.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the ski-in/out location. Perfect for little ones, there was plenty of room for 6 kids and 4 adults. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay, board games for adults, sleds for sledding adventures etc. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Would def stay here again.

Great home in great location

We enjoyed a week here in December. This home was a great size for our group of 9 teens and adults. The ski out location was perfect, and the proximity to town was wonderful.

Family Ski Trip

I stayed here with a large family group ranging in ages from 1 to 65. We loved it! It is truly right next to the lift and close enough to Main Street to walk. The condo was great and the complex was very nice and had several ski-specific amenities.

Great communication from the Owners and the check-in/out process and welcome information was efficient and spot on. The property was exactly what our family of 7 were looking for and there were room for guests to stop by and visit. Thank you for sharing your amazing slope side mountain property with us and we look forward to a summer visit one day as well.

Perfect location!!!

We were a group of 10 fireman and we never felt cramped or in need of additional space. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating to our needs when possible. We take a ski trip every year as a group and this was one of the best condos we've stayed in yet. Thanks

Can't beat the location for a big group

This was great for our group of 12. This group of veteran skiers all commented on just how great the access to the slopes is. We had skiers across a wide range of abilities and ages and everyone had easy access to the mountain. Kids went right out the back door to the Village ski school area and you have easy access to rentals too. The parking lot out front makes it easy to unload gear, then just leave your car for your stay and it's a short walk to many good restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped.

Location, location, location

This property is exactly as advertised and an excellent choice for those who love skiing/boarding as well as those who prefer shopping. You can walk out of the back of the complex and be at the Quick Silver lift in 2 minutes or the Beaver Run lift (less crowded and better for more experienced skiers/boarders) in 5 minutes. You can get to the village with an easy, flat 5 minute walk. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook. The upstairs loft gets a little hot at night because of the condo design. Otherwise everything was great. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location

It was a great location. Large indoor hot tub. Spacious. Hot water for showers was great. Drip coffee maker, pots/pans/cooking supplies were amazing. Shuttle stop right across the street. Short walk to the town. Great view from balcony. The only issue was not enough towel for all guests. And it took two days to get more. The dryer was in the back of the room upstairs which caused some moisture and heat when you use it. Other than that the place was great. Would recommend to a friend.

Great Condo!

We enjoyed staying at Kimberly's condo! It it very comfortable for two families of 5 with 3 bedrooms and then some bunks. The main area can get a bit crowded when everyone is lounging in the evening but it was still workable. We really appreciated how convenient it was to shopping and food (5 min to a the main street and a few restaurants) since we didn't rent a car. We also loved being so close to the lift although fair warning that you need to get out there by 9am to avoid a long wait (at peak times at least). Kimberly was also super helpful as we realized at the last minute that our friends were arriving several hours ahead of us and needed a way to get into the condo. She got right back to me several times and helped work through an option to make things work. Thanks again Kimberly!

As they say, “Location, location, location”! So glad you enjoyed your stay. And yes, unfortunately, over the Holidays, the ski lift can get quite crowded with all the ski schools starting at 10AM. Heading out early is the best way to beat the long lines. Hope we can welcome you back again soon.

Unforgettable Ski Trip – Perfect Location, Views, and Comfort

We stayed at this amazing Breckenridge condo from March 28th–31st with a group of 9 guys, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was incredibly accommodating for all nine adults—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure everyone had room to relax.The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Each morning we got to sip coffee and eat breakfast while looking out at Peak 9 and Peak 10—truly a postcard-worthy scene. And when it was time to hit the slopes, we simply grabbed our skis, walked about 50 yards from the building, and we were at the lift. It doesn't get more "ski-in/ski-out" than that!The location of the building was spot-on. We had dinner reservations on Main Street each night, and the walk was a quick and easy 6–8 minutes. Super convenient.Inside, the condo had everything we needed. The fully functioning kitchen came in handy, and one of the surprise highlights was the stash of board games—something we didn’t expect to enjoy as much as we did. It became a nightly tradition.Another sleeper highlight? The water pressure. After long days on the mountain, coming back to a hot, steamy, powerful shower was bliss. It’s the little things that make a big difference.Lauren, the host, was fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed and was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free.Thank you, Lauren, for helping me create lifelong memories with my best friends!

Breck 2022

Well appointed and equipped. Great deck/porch with view of mountains. Well located and is ski-in, ski-out….IF a you avoid spring break week for the Midwest. Lines at Quicksilver lift were 45 mins-plus to get up on mountain in morning. Owners great to work with.
