Hi, It was wonderful to have your group here and enjoy the home, deck and gardens! Come again anytime! Andriette
This house was perfect for graduation weekend. The house is spacious, well stocked, and decorated with lots of character. The kitchen flows on to the deck and yard making it a great space for hosting the post graduation gathering.

Thanks Stephanie, it was nice to have you here. Thank you for leaving the house in such a beautiful condition.
This house is so homey and welcoming! It’s full of comfortable furniture, books, and art. We were a group of seven adults and the dining table was more than big enough to accommodate us for meals and card games. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and basic spices. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely stay in this house again!
Lovely older home. Not modern. Warm and inviting. Fun staircase and 4 upstairs bedrooms. Furnace kept main floor warm and upstairs cool for sleeping.

Owner lives in the home. Personal clothing, laundry and toiletries in both bathrooms. There was a hypodermic needle in a basket in the upstairs entry. Dining room table was broken and my husband helped the owner do a temporary fix. We decided to stay considering we had no other place to go with such a large amount of people in our group. Owner offered to refund a portion of the rental fee. We were not expecting what we found at this property at over $500 a night rental.
Excellent location and a very hands on owner of the property who offered lots of assistance.
The property is at an excellent location in Moscow. Close enough to walk to a lot of venues. Beds weren’t our favorite, only real complaint.. Older home with lots of charm. Loved the commercial stove. We were able to create some great meals with family we hadn’t seen in a while. We were there for a wedding and enjoyed ourselves. Much better than a hotel.
Beautiful location for a large vintage home. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Family hang out areas were comfortable and convenient. Bedrooms were plenty big. Only downside was the shower. Glass looked like it had not been scrubbed but maybe it was just old. But it worked very well. Would stay here again.
Stayed at Andriette’s for our son’s Commissioning and graduation from U of I, would definitely recommend her place. Lots of space and a great gathering for our family and friends. Close to everything’s done was well stocked!
First time staying in the upper unit, have stayed in the lower unit prior. Convenient location in a nice historic neighborhood. Worked well for the six in our group.
