Recently built apartment about 50 meters from the sea. This apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
As you can see from the photos, the furniture is new and cared for; it is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, veranda, second outdoor shower and private parking space!
This apartment has everything you need to be able to spend a peaceful, relaxing and fantastic holiday in SALENTO..It is also and above all characterized by its location. In fact, it is located in San foca, Via dell'Aviere, about 50 meters from the sea, so there will be no need to take the car. The center of the village is also very close.
Near the apartment there is a 'home hygiene' shop, a fruit and vegetable and a grocery.
In the apartment you will find everything you need except for sheets and towels.
