ポルタ・ルディアエ（Porta Rudiae）の近くにある古代都市の壁の近くにあり、美しく静かな広場を見下ろしています。 テラスからは、ドゥオーモ広場のベルタワーが立ち並ぶ歴史的中心地の屋根の景色を楽しむことができます。

Il Dolfino was our Salento visit home base. The old town location was perfect. Communication with our host was very helpful. We could not have asked for more.

Super Unterkunft in idealer Lage

Wir wurden von Giuseppe, der sehr gut englisch spricht, freundlich empfangen und er hat uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Appartement ist grosszügig und problemlos ausreichend auch für vier Personen, und die Terrasse ist absolut genial! Die Lage der Wohnung am Rand der Altstadt könnte nicht besser sein, die Markthalle ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und Möglichkeiten zum Parkieren gab es jederzeit. Wir können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen!

Perfect Location

This comfortable and roomy apartment in the Centro Storico in Lecce is incredibly convenient to everything you need. Parking was available just steps from the place and it is walking distance from everything you want to see and do in Lecce. It had air conditioning, a washer and a big deck-a major plus for our week long stay. Owner was extremely helpful and accessible. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Lecce

Giuseppe is a fantastic host as is his apartment. The roof terrace provided valuable outside space and a twice daily air show from the resident Swallows - the terrace is clearly on their fly-by route. The apartment is very safe and secure as is Lecce itself but Giuseppe's welcome, help and advise made the stay seamless. Thank you Giuseppe!!

Great Location and Well equipped

I was impressed by Host's contacts with me in advance. He provided me information on best way to get to Lecce from airport and met us as promised. The apartment is near the main pedestrian route across the old city. Perfect for starting our explorations each day. Walking in the area felt very safe. The apartment area was quite at night. I really liked the ease of dealing with trash. We had just come from an apartment in Rome where trash disposal was difficult.

Fantastic location and beautiful balcony

Guiseppe was a perfect host. Everything was very clean and accurately represented. The location and balcony are absolutely outstanding! We visited on very hot days, so the air conditioning was appreciated, too!

Great location for exploring Lecce and surrounding area

The apartment is in a quiet location just steps from the old city. If you arrived with a car, parking is also very close. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Lecce.

Great appartment!

Appartmant was supplied with all needed stufs. Location is excelent, few minutes walk from the historic city center. There is a beautifull terrace where you can enjoy in the evening. We realy had a hreat time in Lecce and Giuseppe’s appartment.

Love Lecce

Excellent location! Close to everything for day trips and within walking distance for entertainment, dining, historical sites. The terrace was a great place to spend a day to kick back and laundry on premises was perfecto! Nearby parking, very convenient!

Great location, great terrace

The apartment is not large but has everything you need. We used the terrace lots to enjoy the location and weather. Great too if you have been travelling and need to catch up with the washing, clothes dried very quickly on the terrace. Giuseppe and his niece gave us a warm welcome and all the information we could need. Great place.

Terrific refuge in eye-popping Lecce. Easy to find, secure, with a large terrace (which we could have used in spring or fall). Giuseppe was a diligent and generous host, leading us to parking and maintaining contact. Having two bedrooms and two baths was a plus. Highly recommended.

Spacious property in a good location.

Guiseppe met us and showed the way to parking and the apartment and gave us nice information about Lecce. Apt. is clean, quiet and in a good neighborhood. A couple of things you might want to be aware of: You must pay 6 euro for parking each day if you park in the lot near the apartment, otherwise you have to find a place on the streets nearby. The apartment is up several flights of steep steps so not easy to get large luggage up and down. It poured rain several days during our stay so be aware if you choose to stay in, there is no real place to sit except around the kitchen table - the outside patio is lovely but cannot be used in heavy rain. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing breakfast - a microwave would be a great addition. There were plenty of towels and the washing machine worked great. The wifi worked great. Even through there were only 2 of us, we loved having 2 bathrooms. A nice stay and we would recommend this apartment.

Bell’appartamento in ottima posizione

L’appartamento è molto bello, dotato di tutti i comfort, dall’aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze, al set di cortesia in entrambi i bagni. Terrazza molto grande e sfruttabile sia per mangiare che per prendere il sole. Il proprietario ci ha accolto spiegandoci la casa, la posizione nella città e le attrazioni da vedere. Posizione ottima per il centro (qualche minuto a piedi) e per il parcheggio, sia a pagamento che gratuito (nelle strade laterali). Prezzo giusto per il tipo di casa.
