Nestled among majestic pine trees and just a short stroll from Fort Rock Park, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the ideal mix of comfort, space, and location. Whether you're planning a family getaway, an outdoor adventure, or a quiet weekend escape, this dog-friendly retreat has everything you need.

As you enter the home, choose your path: upstairs to the bright and open main living area or downstairs to cozy bedrooms and extra conveniences.

Upstairs, you’ll find a light-filled great room with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. Stretch out on the comfy couches, stream a movie on the flat-screen TV, or play music as you unwind after a day of exploring. On chilly evenings, gather around the flickering electric wood stove for cozy conversations or a good book.

The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a deep double sink, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Whether you're making pancakes in the morning or a family feast at night, it’s a breeze. The dining table seats six, with room for three more at the bar — perfect for group meals or game nights.

Step outside onto the spacious upper deck, complete with a dining table for six, a BBQ grill, and peaceful views of the pine-dotted landscape. It's the ideal spot for morning coffee, evening dinners, or simply lounging in the fresh mountain air — your dog will love relaxing out there with you too!

Also, upstairs is a queen bedroom with a walk-in closet and a full bath with a jetted tub/shower combo — great for soaking after biking, hiking, or skiing.

Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another fun bunkroom featuring two twins and a twin-over-twin bunk. The kids (or kids at heart) will love the retro VHS player and TV in the bunk room! There’s also a second full bath with a separate vanity, plus a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

You’ll also find a mudroom with extra storage for your golf clubs, skis, or dog gear, and access to a single-car garage. Whether you're here to play or relax, this house makes it easy.

Included with your stay are 5 adult bikes, a tandem, and a tag-along trailer bike — perfect for exploring Sunriver’s 33+ miles of paved trails. And with 8 unlimited SHARC passes, you can swim, soak in the hot tubs, or enjoy the many SHARC amenities during your stay.

Traveling with little ones? A Pack-n-Play is available upstairs for your convenience.

And yes, dogs are welcome at Pineridge #5! With all the outdoor space and nearby trails, your furry family members will have just as much fun as you do.
